I never got those gas cards at the end of this btw. They definitely did cheap repairs on the vehicle I bought because the paint started chipping off within a year. It looks horrible now. There have also been many panels in a certain area that are falling off/loose. It's a clean title but I think the "small accident" was a lot worse than they made it sound. I also couldn't refinance because lenders kept telling me the title wasn't clean. I don't know what they did but this place it sketchy. These people are scum. Very disappointed with our experience at Toyota West…read more We purchased a used 2024 Toyota Sienna and only after bringing it home discovered it was a Canadian-market vehicle. This was never disclosed to us. The VIN is not recognized by Toyota's U.S. website or app, we cannot change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit, and we cannot use features such as remote start. State Farm also could not validate the VIN without manually entering the vehicle information. We asked for a copy of the Carfax before purchasing but were only shown part of it. Had we received the full report, we would not have purchased this car!! We tried to work with the dealership to make this right. However, our only options were to pay more to "upgrade" to another vehicle with nearly 20,000 more miles, or take a base-model Sienna as an "even exchange," meaning we would lose many of the features on the vehicle we originally purchased and it was a lesser value. We were also told we had to make a decision that day. The salesman said we could not drive their car for free. We felt VERY stressed and pressured. We are extremely disappointed that we were put in this position because important information about the vehicle was not disclosed to us before the sale. We expected transparency and full disclosure on such a major purchase. I really thought they would make this right and we would leave happy. Instead we left upset and feeling taken advantage of.

I received straight forward price, trade in amount, and they were able to get the exact Telluride I was looking for. I completed my financing on their website and knew exactly what I was paying before I took the 9 hour drive. I got the call letting me know when my vehicle would arrive so I could plan the trip. Naturally, I worried that once I got there, things would change and I end up wasting all this time. I can excitedly report that my experience was absolutely seamless and the whole process was relaxing. Yes, I said relaxing because I know that's not a normal feeling going to a dealership. (Especially as a woman) Everyone I encountered throughout my process was warm, friendly and easy. Communication was great from the financing standpoint and normally that's where things start getting a little muddled from my car buying experience. I love my new ride and will take that trip when I am ready for another purchase. It's unfortunate that I had to drive so far and that other dealerships are not always this great.
