They say to never trust a used car salesman. Enter Motors is different - I am consistently amazed by their willingness to go the extra mile and beyond. After our car got totaled last year, we needed to buy another one fast. After visiting a lot of places, some of which were rather overpriced, other pretty grubby, we ended up at Enter Motors. Chris (one of the staff) took good care of us and genuinely wanted to help us find a car that fit our budget and needs. Have I mentioned, that they have quite a few cars and I am confident it is possible to find something that tickles your fancy pretty much in every case? After seeing a lot of cars (they let you test drive them as much as you need!), we bought a Prius (by the way, we experienced no high pressure sales tactics, on contrary to some of the other places). It is a great car, but as it is happens with older hybrids, the hybrid battery malfunctioned one day. That's a major repair. But hybrids from Enter Motors come with one year warranty on a battery! The car got fixed at no expense to us. This has happened three times so far, each time with some battery cells being replaced. Still - at no cost to us. And promptly to boot. With a smile. I could not hope for anything more. Two weeks ago, the small battery (powering on-board computer) gave life. Bek (another member of staff) replaced it himself, asking us only to reimburse him for the amount he paid for the battery. Overall, even though our car is slightly unlucky, there is nothing we can say about Enter Motors, but just high praise. read more

I purchased a 2010 Nissan murano from this dealership on 4/16/2025. I know I'm gullible but like to believe there are still honest people out there. This is not the case! Upon chatting with James and Defrim about the car, I repeatedly told them if there was anything wrong with the car, let me know so I knew what needed to be done. I would be doing A LOT of traveling and just want to be safe. They had said multiple times, far as I know nothing is wrong, but you never know once you get down the road... upon driving home, multiple lights came on... looked up the codes for the lights, after traveling to Oklahoma to get my daughter, upon arriving home, lights started pulsating and smelling smoke like wires burning. Got an inspection done, repairs cost more than I paid for the car! Defrim contacted me when I left a bad review, said take down the review, I will try to fix it. NO....He tried to tell me nothing was wrong with the car when my inspection papers say different!! I told him, inspection says different, either give me a different car or pay for a rental until mine is fixed! HE REFUSED!! I am considering legal action. Now I'm left homeless and have a 7k paperweight...BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Would not recommend anyone to buy from here. They're super nice and helpful in the beginning until you purchase the car then will refuse to help you once they get the money. Recently bought a car from them and less than a week later all sorts of problem popped up with the car. Tried to give them a call and all they kept saying is "you bought as-is". I understand but they also said the car had no issues. If you do purchase a car here make sure you get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) and test drive the car HARD. I had the check engine light turn on once I actually drove the car a decent distance (40 miles). According to my mechanic it seems like it's seems like they just plugged in an OBD2 scanner and erased a bunch of the Check Engine light codes. Based on my experience, once they purchase the car from auction they don't service it in anyway and just clear any check engine lights and maintenance codes on the engine. I haven't even made my first car payment yet and I'm already out $1.2k just to catch up the car with its maintenance and fix issues that they refused to help me with. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone. TLDR: They're nice at first until they get your money, make sure you test drive and get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) from a third party since they get their vehicles from auction and looks like they just clear codes before selling the vehicle. read more

I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Camaro LT from them. At first, the car was great, but then I filled my gas tank. I have a hole in my fuel tank, and my fuel pump sensor is not screwed all the way in so fumes are escaping into the car. They PLEADED that there were no leaks, continuously telling me that there's no leaks. Well, there's a hole in my fuel tank, they straight up lied to me. Now the body and the engine is great, but the fuel system is horrible. read more

I bought a car from these folks several months ago. Good news is the staff was great. Unfortunately the vehicle was bought "as is". It has taken me this time to get repairs done that I feel were not revealed at the time of purchase. I believe they knew some of the issues were more serious than they revealed to me. To date, I have spent almost as much as I paid for the vehicle on the repairs and I'm not done yet. To be clear, I'm not talking about issues that have arisen since I bought the car. They knew of some of the worst ones at the time of purchase but misinformed me as to the cost to have them fixed. Had I known, I would not have bought the car. My advice to anyone is "buyer beware". If you find one you like have it checked out THOROGHLY by someone else before buying it. read more

Enter motor wire is great. Had the car we wanted in great condition. Helped us with the price and was Preston was very helpful and professional. We will be buying another car there soon. read more

As many many others have noted, and I wish I had fully read...this is not the place to buy from. A month after buying from them, the car is at the mechanic with a blown transmission. i called to give them an opportunity for good customer service, but that ended in a shouting match after the guy said my mechanic is lying about knowing that somebody added a chemical to keep it from smoking and leaking oil. He said he was a mechanic so he would know. They fell back on the AS IS and said they would fix it but I would still have to pay the full cost for repairs...as if I would trust them again. Buyers beware, go somewhere else. I'm out $5500 and have to go shop for another car now. read more

Sooo, I was trying to buy a car from them, but once I got the money, he refused to sell me the car which is ridiculous. I am not the first person he has done this to and I feel targeted. Also, that facility was disgusting and I seen dead bugs and mcdonalds bags everywhere. They have a bug problem , and I definitely wouldnt want my car infested with bugs. There were dead roaches everywhere flipped upside down and everything. If you even think about buying a car from here, dont. You will be waisting gas, money, and breath going to this place. Another thing, he's racist and he doesnt hide it. Look for another car somewhere else. read more

My son bought his first car from this company in February and the experience was great, until they lost his title. Now we are heading into the 6th month of getting his title and we are getting the run around. They don't want to take responsibility, instead they are blaming third parties. Today, June 29th, they told us they are still waiting on the paperwork from the auction in which they bought the car, which is in Indiana. Now, my son won't be able to drive his car for his job, placing him in a financial struggle because of their failure to do their jobs. It's rather ridiculous, upsetting and I reported them to the BBB now. read more

I bought an awesome used 2008 Audi from Mo at Enter Motors Group this month. He was very welcoming and polite when I called and showed up to test drive the vehicle. He even went the extra mile and offered to replace the cracked windshield. Everyone at the dealership was thoughtful, friendly, and communicative with any questions I had. I took the vehicle to the EMG shop to work on a pump issue and they took excellent care of me. I was also able to purchase a used spare tire from them at a reasonable price to replace the one that came with the vehicle. The mechanics had to call around to several tire dealers to find the correct match for the vehicle. All in all I was pleased at how accessible they were, their integrity, and their commitment to my experience as their customer. The business has a personal touch. I would recommend them. read more

Enter Motors Group is a true tale of the American dream. This family owned business started 4 years ago, selling their personal family cars. Since then, they have blossomed their business to include more lots and auto repair shops in Columbia and LaVergne. We were helped quickly, treated kindly, and very satisfied with the overall experience. Not to mention they gave us a great deal! read more

This is my first time buying a car and Enter Motors was great! I was very nervous about buying a used car, but after viewing the inventory, test driving, and asking many questions, I felt the customer service was amazing! Bek, Alex, and John have a great business. They have great inventory, great pricing, and great team! I had my dad double check the car to make sure I wasn't getting screwed over (because this was my first time buying a car), and my dad approves and loves the place! read more

My daughter and I went and purchased her first newer car from Moe at Enter Motors. Even being two women we were treated with the utmost respect, which was refreshing! Unfortunately 1-1/2 weeks later she ended up stranded on the side of the road, with what we thought was the catalytic converter. Moe went out of his way and was right there with us on the phone trying to help us get it back home and to their shop (3-1/2 hours away). Turns out the motor needed replacing. Which was covered by the warranty but only $1250 of it. However, Moe & Enter Motors have worked tirelessly to get my daughter's car fixed, and fixed correctly, even giving us a 6 month warranty when the company that they got the motor from is giving them a 3 month warranty! read more

Best used car buying experience I've had. No gimmicks, got an awesome deal on a car that I took on an 800 mile road trip the next day. These guys are very upfront and honest and I will be recommending my friends here. read more

Sold me a car after clearing codes leaving me stuck with 4K in repairs. Best part after having the car over a month they gave me a list of "repairs" they did ie: spark plugs oil filter etc that I had already just replaced. A turbo and timing chains is what multiple mechanics have given me quotes on so now I have to file to sue based on the used car laws ( this includes as is for those of you who they have also tried to screw) I'm a single mom who lives in ky and now i paid 4500 and still don't have a safe vehicle. Do not trust these people!!! read more

I bought a car from Enter Motors at a very good price, fell in love with the car... as soon as I get home the check engine light comes on so I call the guy who I bought it from and he tells me to take it to their shop free of charge, so I do ... and I got there kind of late so I had to leave the car overnight but there were very nice and gave me another car to use while they work on mine, the only problem is they told me they would be done by noon but didn't finish my car till 4 read more

I wish there were a zero star. We looked at a 2009 sliver Mercedes GL today. It needs from 3k-7k in repairs. He said he would fix it but it dosent need most of these repairs so he won't do them. He would only come down $500 if we do the repairs. Buyer beware. If you're looking at this vehicle you are welcome. I saved you almost $200 in inspection fees. read more

Contacted the dealership by text at 6157634037 as instructed on their ad on Wed Jan 24th at 854am EST. I sent a screenshot of ad w/the exact car 2008 infinity G35 we were interested in purchasing. We negotiated a price of 6500 + taxes. I told him we would be there at 530pm CST Friday 1/27/2017 to purchase the car. He advised to call before I came. I called at 1056am cst to let him know we were able to leave Oak Ridge and head that way. He then informs me that he could not accept 6500 for the car that he had 7000 in the car and would not even consider accepting 6500. I told him that he was shady and this was BS and he told me that I was pathetic and he couldnt help I was an angry woman. read more

My wife and I got sold a 2006 Prius with a refurbished battery for $5000. The battery died within a year. Now, we're about to pay $4000 to get it replaced. Not to mention the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors we had to replace within a year, which adds another $1000. DON'T BUY FROM HERE! read more

Ditto to Chanda D's post! Same experience. These guys will try to tell you that the auto repair inspector is just out to get your money and that the car doesn't really need what you're told. BUYER BEWARE! read more

Beck is a great person and always takes care of me, months after purchasing my vehicle.

Worst car dealership around in my opinion. First they posted a car saying it was in perfect condition when we arrived it definitely was not there was rust and stains all throughout the interior and when we asked about the damage they had said they had no idea how the dents appeared/ didn't know it had any and that people just come and randomly vandalize their cars. Would not recommend anyone to go here. read more

If you're truly looking for a reliable car from a reliable car dealer, STEER CLEAR of this place. You're better off utilizing a website like CarMax or another local dealership. In addition to an unorganized, unprofessional group of employees, you're in for a slew of mechanical issues that will cost you more than the car itself. I urge any buyers out there to look elsewhere and save your time/resources. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE! These guys made me believe they were honest. They talked my little sister who had saved all summer for a car into buying a Prius with a "rebuilt battery" that they rebuilt themselves. Salesman Beck said it was "good as new." One year later, Toyota dealership says battery needs to be replaced for 4,000. When I called them I explained that we would not have bought the car if "good as new" battery was going to go bad within ONE year. Replacement is about as much as we paid for the car. Dealership owner Dima said I should be helping my sister pay for a new battery rather than expecting him to make it right after they mislead my little sister into a 5,000 dollar purchase. When I told him that his salesman said the battery was like new and we could be confident in the purchase, Dima, the owner said of his own salesman Beck, "you were talking to a 20 year old kid." EXCUSE ME! That 20 year old kid is selling cars to adults every day. Among the other things this 20 year old kid told me was that they are Muslim and by their own religious laws cannot accept excessive profits from their vehicles and because of their religious obligations, are the most honest around. WRONG. If they were honest, they would apologize for calling a rebuilt battery as good as new and building false confidence in their inventory and make the situation right by fixing the battery like they already claimed they had done. Dima tried to explain that there are 27 cells in the battery and that they had only rebuilt ONE OF THEM. OOPS! Forgot to mention that to me or my sister when she bought the car. He said "you never know when another cell is going to go out. Could be tomorrow. Could be five or ten years." OOPS! Forgot to tell my sister that. Instead, Beck told us "good as new." If we knew this information ahead of time, WE WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT THE CAR. Finally, when I explained to him that I would be forced to write them a bad review for failing to make it right, Dima accused me of BLACKMAIL! What? Consumer reviews after bad service are classified as blackmail to these people? DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I am currently reporting them to the BBB and telling anyone I can not to buy from them. They sell some of the cheapest cars in nashville so it is tempting and they seem nice, but they change their tune when your little sister calls them to ask if they can help her out because they told her the battery was "fixed" "rebuilt" "good as new" before she bought it. My little sister is now going to be out 4,000 dollars when she was hoping to take the Prius for family vacation to NC this summer. She called me crying and asked me to call the dealership because no one would help her. So much for that. TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. read more

I purchased a 2003 Subaru Outback from Enter Motors around February this year. When i test drove it the first time, it smelled like it had an oil leak. I told the guy when i returned after driving it, he said it might just be some cleaners they used to clean the car (I know what oil smells like, but whatever). After a bit he said they would take it to their shop to check it out. Was told it was just the oil filter that needed tightened. A week later, i purchased the car from them. After having it 2 weeks, it smelled like oil horribly. I took it to my mechanic and it turns out it has a terrible rear main oil leak, as well as head gasket failure. I had only drove the car for 50 miles when all of this was found. I know these issues were visible when they checked it out and they lied about it, just so i would buy it. I have spent an additional near $2,500 just to get this car drivable. I know it was a older/used car, but they could have been upfront about the issues, instead of hiding them. He made it clear when i purchased it that there is NO WARRANTY, which should have been a red flag to me, but we thought they were honest. Never again would i purchase or recommend Enter Motors Group. read more

Having not lived in the Nashville area long, we didn't know where to look when buying a car - espeiclaly when there seems to be a car lot on every corner. Beck and the entire team at Enter Motors Group definitely deserve five stars. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They had no qualms about pulling cars in and out of the lot as my husband and I test drove multiple vehicles looking for the right one. We came in with a budget, and they stuck to it and gave us plenty of options without trying to "upsell" or hassle us about buying us one we couldn't afford. They're straight forward and honest about anything they've fixed or worked on on their vehicles since they've had them and even problems that it might have in the future that are common with that particular make and model. We bought and traded our first time with Enter Motors Group in January and due to an accident which resulted in a total loss we are backing buying another vehicle in March. They were our first stop and it was no surprise that we found another car to take home. They're family owned and all around great people. We have had exceptional service both times we've bought from them! read more

I was really impressed by Enter Motors Group customer service. They gave me more than I asked for. All I needed was a generic hubcap for my Prius, and when I stop by that's all I expected. But instead they gave me a Prius hubcap and the tire that was with it, and also remove my old tire/hubcap and put the new one on for me. I was expecting to take the hubcap and go to a tire store for them to do the work and get a tire, but didn't have to do anything after I was at Enter Motors Group. I was shocked and the price was amazing. Two thumbs up. Definitely recommend! read more
