    Long wait times even with an appointment. Crowded unpleasant waiting area. Inconclusive diagnosis.

    Don't see dr. Wasserman. The worst doctor. Not empathetic. Not knowledgeable. Staff is rude. Don't waste your time.

    I had a very troubling experience with Dr Andrew Blank that I feel compelled to share. Back in 2021…read morehe diagnosed my 2 year old son who was speech delayed with fluid behind the eardrum. Naturally we were concerned but also somewhat relieved thinking this could explain the delay and might be treatable. However something did not sit right with us so we sought a second opinion from a specialist at NYU the very next day. We were told definitively that there was no fluid behind our son's eardrum. When we asked if it was possible for fluid to disappear within a single day the specialist made it clear that this would be impossible. This raised serious concerns about the accuracy and intent of Dr Blank's diagnosis. What made the situation even more confusing was that despite telling us there was fluid present which could explain the speech delay Dr Blank immediately insisted that we pursue early intervention services anyway. That contradiction left us questioning whether he ever truly believed his own diagnosis. Taken together the experience left us with the strong impression that the initial diagnosis may not have been made in good faith but rather to encourage unnecessary follow up visits. As a parent it is incredibly unsettling to feel that your child's health may not be the top priority. I would strongly advise others to seek a second opinion when dealing with similar situations.

His diagnosis is accurate and able to explain well to me. I would like to say he is the smartest , competent, and one of the best doctors I respect.

    I'm extremely disappointed with how this office handled my billing situation following a very…read morenegative experience during my visit. After the incident, I was contacted by Jessica from the billing department and was told they would work with me due to what happened. Based on that conversation, I expected some level of consideration or follow-up. Instead, months went by with no resolution or communication. I then received notice that I am still expected to pay the bill in full, with no acknowledgment of what was previously discussed. The lack of follow-through and communication is frustrating and feels very dismissive, especially after I was led to believe the situation would be handled differently. It's unacceptable to tell a patient one thing and then, months later, take a completely different position without any explanation. Between the way I was treated in the office and how this billing issue was handled, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. Patients deserve transparency, respect, and consistency and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
