When the tech, Louis, arrived he began inspecting the unit and discovered what might be the reason it wasn't cooling, as well as what was causing the smell. He did a thorough inspection and we were back with a working air conditioner! We initially thought we were going to have to purchase a new unit. Thank you A+ for providing excellent service.
