Since I have had experience with this in the past, I knew it had to be the AC unit/air ducts. I called Chris and he came to my apartment for a free quote--and was able to do it that day for me. A few hours after he left, my headache finally disappeared. But what I was more concerned about, my rash completely disappeared after 6 nights. I have done a lot of research and know now that symptoms that may be similar to an allergy, could literally be the air you are breathing in your home. I highly recommend Chris & his methods!

Had the repair guy out here within 90 minutes of calling them, and they sent all the necessary paperwork to my condo association right away, and the guy was super-patient when the association was dragging its feet sending out the handyman to open the hatch to get to the AC unit on the roof. Front desk lady was awesome as well, super-responsive and detailed and prompt. They took care of calling the AC's manufacturer to check if it was still under warranty, and then they took care of ordering the replacement coils. They fixed the whole thing when we weren't even home. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys, I am so grateful for your service and it feels nice to be home again with a working AC and not have to stay at my in-laws' anymore LOL

Looking back, I'm convinced the clogged vent may have been the reason my dryer failed in the first place. If you've ever searched for a dryer vent cleaning company, you know it's overwhelming. There are so many options, and it's hard to know who to trust. I found Dr. Air Duct and decided to take a chance. They were only the third company I contacted, but they answered my call promptly and scheduled an appointment right away. The owner and his team arrived exactly on time. They explained the work that needed to be done, discussed the pricing upfront, and answered all of my questions before getting started. I was a little embarrassed to admit that I'd lived in my home for six years and had never had my dryer vent cleaned! They did an outstanding job. The vent was thoroughly cleaned, and they left everything spotless when they finished. The entire experience was professional from start to finish. I've made a promise to myself that dryer vent cleaning will now be an annual part of my home maintenance routine--not only to help my appliances last longer but also to reduce the risk of a house fire. If you're looking for a reliable, professional company, I highly recommend Dr. Air Duct. You won't be disappointed!

Based on the high ratings, we called ProDry (keep reading). Our call was answered and an appointment was made for the following day between 1 and 3. We received a call a little after noon the next day indicating that the team was on its way. They called again when they were a few minutes away. I appreciated the calls as too many times businesses simply don't show up. Lisa and Rob arrived and indicated that they weren't from Pro Dry, but were from Steam Team. Josh from Pro Dry was on vacation and apparently diverted calls to Steam Team. Ok, that wasn't clear upfront, but I also didn't verify the information myself. Regardless, it didn't matter. Lisa and Rob assessed the situation, gave a fair estimate and went to work. They cleaned and protected the two bedroom carpets as well as two rugs that were heavily soiled. They were in an out in about an hour and did great work. In short, they were timely, fast, efficient, fairly priced and everything you'd expect from a professional carpet cleaning service. Highly recommended.

As a new home owner any type of unexpected repairs that come up can be stressful. So when I noticed…read morea leak in one of my bedrooms last night I was nervous as to what might be the cause and not to mention the cost to fix. I was relieved to realize that it was not a roof leak but still concerned to find that the condensation drain line of the a/c was clogged and the back up line was clogged and its pan was overflowing in the attic. Since I am new to the area I wasn't sure who to call that would be reliable, reputable and provide quality service. I will also mention that it was a 10 pm on a Sunday night when I discovered the issue so I was really lost as to where to turn after-hours. So I turned to Yelp to help my search. Florida Air & Heat was one of the first companies that had great reviews and provided online quotes. I sent an email around 11 pm thinking I would not hear anything until the morning. To my surprise I received a response in less than 10 minutes. I was provided a quote and appointment availability. I also contacted a few other companies and was happy to find that Florida Air had the most appropriate rate for that work that was to be done. I was provided a flat rate with no hidden "service call" fees which was GREAT. The next morning I spoke to Roger who was incredible friendly and was able to fit me in same day. When Roger arrived he was very professional and helpful explaining to me what he believed to be the issue and the steps he was going to take to resolve. He also confirmed the rate that was provided online before beginning any of the work. He was very efficient and the issue was resolved quickly. Roger also went the extra mile to show me the work he did and what I should look for as "normal" usage and what "warning" signs I should be aware of going forward. I was very impressed with Rogers service and will be sure to contact him in the future if anything arises again.

I spent a fortune having my place totally cleaned! Rugs, curtains, everything!!! After spending all that time and money getting my place somewhat clean we hired FL AC to come clean my ducts. That were filled with dust, mold, asbestos and possible lead? Year built 1974!!! This FL AC co came in knowing this and they knew my dusts had dust and unknown chemicals in it. Their job was to close off the other side of the ac duct so it doesn't blow these chemicals into the unit. The other side of my ducts went right into my bedroom too. Since I have developed breathing probs due to all this dust from MCI windows in Delray I had to leave the condo until they completed the job. When I came back into my place my throat totally closed up. I couldn't breathe. This co was supposed to cover and close up that vent and only allow the dirt and debris from my ducts to go back into their cleaning machine they used. Not have it blown out the other side of my vent where all this debris ended up! It's airborne and after spending a fortune on cleaning my place my bedroom was totally filled with dust and all these chemicals. Nothing was covered either! They had to come in with a HEPA BIG MACHINE that had to run for three to four days! And I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE ELECTRIC FOR THIS??? Do not use this company Do not use MCI EITHER.
