Our hopes for good service from Just Clean by Lou were soon dashed!…read moreI offered and supplied Lou with a face mask that he didn't have with him. I supplied him with bottled water. I watched as Lou was working, seeing him run the vacuumed brush inside our vents for mere seconds before removing them. He was aware of excess dirt, mold and construction dust that laid inside. He then sprayed just the inside behind each vent with a can of Kilz mold repellent. So when he seemed to pause between actions. I politely asked some qualifying questions about the effectiveness of his work. I thought there might be an explanation that would satisfy my concerns. Not so politely Lou raised his voice to a loud and threatening tone, saying he had no time to answer my questions as they were slowing down his work, yet he went on and on at length about having other jobs to get to, rather than responding to my concerns. Later I tried to say something and he drowned my words by over screaming my voice until my heart began to race as he refused to do clean up, saying it wasn't his job, he was just being polite by doing it at all, and that he was cheaper than any one else we might hire. I heard him saying under his breath accusing me of being some kind of racist. He charged what he quoted and I paid him the billed amount for his unsatisfactory service. Finally, I said get out of my house.

This was my second call to EZ and the first experience was already questionable but desperate times…read morecall for desperate measures. Our AC was acting up over the holiday and we called back the technician Robert that had previously "fixed" our AC. There is no clear cut pricing everyone likes to charge what they feel is fair for the service calls, our technician Robert was friendly but had zero social cues. He continued to push for work to be done that we were not ready for, he wasn't taking no for an answer. Robert was telling myself and my mother in law my husband said yes so he was going to do the work when my husband and I communicated clearly we did not want to proceed with him and to please leave our home. He stayed outside on the phone with the owner of the company and explained I said no but my husband said yes which was not the case at all. Poor communication is one thing but lack of professionalism and pressuring clients to do work that is costing $385 and then he knocks it down to $350 because he has to drive somewhere to pick up the parts? The most confusing conversation and I'm so glad our regular AC guy came by to confirm we were being taken advantage of. I called the main number and reached a guy to explain the situation I believe his name was Eric. He literally laughed when I explained how uncomfortable it was dealing with Robert. 10/10 would NOT recommend, the work is unclear and they talk so much the entire time you'll be left confused and unsure as to what you're even paying for.

Joe insists on seeing the job first in order to give you a real price . Very reasonable prices . Only uses top notch equipment. Small or big jobs- Joe can handle it . Incredible Service and a Game-Changing Cooling Solution!…read more I can't say enough great things about Bre-Easy Ventilation Systems. I recently had them install a ventilation system to complement a split AC unit in my garage, and the entire experience--from consultation to completion--was exceptional. The Bre-Easy team was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They took the time to assess my garage layout, answer all of my questions, and explain exactly how the system would work to improve airflow and temperature control. You could tell right away that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and customer satisfaction. The difference since the install has been night and day. Before, my garage would get unbearably hot in the summer--basically unusable during the peak afternoon hours. Now, with the AC and ventilation system working together, it stays cool, dry, and comfortable no matter how high the temperatures climb outside. Whether I'm working on projects, storing gear, or just grabbing something from the fridge out there, it's finally a space I enjoy being in year-round. If you're looking for a smart, reliable way to combat summer heat in your garage--and want a professional team that delivers top-notch service--Bre-Easy is the way to go. This was easily one of the best home improvement decisions I've made!
