Perfect timing because we were planning to have a party in a couple days. I reached out to Pro Dry. I messaged them on Yelp and had a response within minutes. When I called, they listened to my situation and offered to come right over. They arrived in under an hour and did a fantastic job. They also gave me some advice -- forget those pricey pet stain/odor cleaners. Use vinegar on furniture and carpeting. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, they also gave me a very fair price. And even cleaned the padding on a desk chair for no additional cost. I highly recommend this company.

They are extremely careful when moving furniture and truly meticulous with every detail. He did a great job, but unfortunately my dog had two accidents on the rug after he cleaned it. I tried to spot clean it myself with Blue Coral, but that didn't work, so I called Michael and asked him to come back. He spot cleaned it on a Friday afternoon and it looked fantastic at first . . . On Monday morning when we returned to the office from the weekend it looked horrible. The yellow urine spots were dark brown. I called Michael and he returned for $50.00 and sprayed "brown out" on the stains twice or maybe 3 times, but the stains will not go away. At first, he told me it was my fault that I should not have used the Blue Coral, but then it occurred to me that I had been using Blue Coral on the rug over the last year before he cleaned it the first time, so it simply doesn't make sense that the Blue Coral caused the brown spots. I called him this morning to ask the next steps to remove the stains as they are still there, and he told me via text that he will have to charge us more money in order to come back. Bottom line, we feel he did something different when he spot cleaned the rug versus when he took the rug to his facility to clean. We're going to call a different service provider today as Michael doesn't seem to be able to remove the dark spots he created.
