I was walking down Esmeralda and stumbled upon this gem, of course none other by one of the most renowned chefs in Peruvian cuisine, Gaston Acurio.
The ambiance was amazing, the service, the lomo saltado was perfect, the papa rellenas reminded me of my grandmothers, and the dessert was TO DIE FOR.
Highly recommend this restaurant as a way to dive into Peruvian cuisine...you won't regret it.
Also, bring cash to tip, they don't let you add tip to the total of your bill with a credit card.
