This tasting room was one of our favorite experiences of Buenos Aires! Bert, owner and host, was so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He spoke both Spanish and English and communicating was easy and fun. The wine tasting was accompanied by three cheeses, breadsticks, olives, peanuts, and a glass of water. At the end of the tasting, you get a glass of your favorite wine from the tasting. What a deal! Don't hesitate to check out Vinosfera if you're in the area - so worth it! Thanks Bert!! read more

What a great experience in Buenos Aires!! We had dinner across the street and did some wine shopping for a cruise. We met Osvaldo who explained the wine labels and was just amazing host for our group. We left with 10 bottles and memories to last a lifetime. The owner too was wonderful to visit with. What an awesome wine bar! My friend and I found Vinosfera on our first night in BA while staying in Palermo Soho. Miguel is an amazing host and offered us a delicious Semillion along with an education on Argentinian Malbec. His calm and genuine demeanor endeared Vinfosfera to us and we went back again a few days later for some Torrontes and Malbec. Definitely a find and a place I wish I could visit anytime. read more

Fantastic wine store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection, low prices. Beautiful interior, carefully crafted. We came to Argentina as people who enjoy wines and looking to get a variety of Argentine wines. Had such a good experience the first time, we went back the next day to learn more and get some more. They have wine tastings on the weekends, and anytime you can buy a half-bottle and drink it on the spot. There is nothing so lovely as sipping a glass of wine and discussing the different wineries. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable - much to the enjoyment of my wine-knowledgeable partner - and also describes the wines in ways that a less knowledgeable patron like myself can totally appreciate. We were so happy to have spent time at Vinosfera twice during our trip to Buenos Aires. The first was when we got shut out of Don Julio, which is across the street, and the second was during our 9 hour layover between flights. The wine selection is great and the proprietors are extremely knowledgeable about local wines. We will definitely go back. read more

We learned a lot about Argentine wines and the country in general. What made this night so special, however, were the owners. Miguel and Bert are two gentlemen who waited for our very tardy arrival and stayed open late for us. Four hours flew by with their wine and their company.
