Frank was incredibly easy to work with - very timely, communicative, friendly, helpful, and honest. He saved us money where he could and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. Peter (foreman) and team were very professional, speedy, tidy, and meticulous. We uncovered a rotted support beam and a roofing issue during the deck rebuild, and Frank took care of all that as well with his roofer, and took care of the additional Trex materials that were needed after we uncovered the issues and added to the project. The extra unexpected work only took about an extra week or two to resolve. The team even poured some cement for us to fill in cracked stairs while they were pouring cement to secure the deck posts. All paperwork was handled professionally through their admin contact via email, and Frank was always accessible by phone or text if we had questions. We would definitely use them again and can't recommend them enough!
