My first time in, I went for the cheaper screen, which overheated and used a ton of energy. I went back and paid for the more expensive screen (double the price, but 30% less than at the '@pple' store), and my phone has been perfect since, exactly like new. The repair guy is so reasonable, if there is something you don't like, he will 100% make it right. I found him on yelp, I'm not a personal friend, I'm your average customer.

M My iPhone XS Max had a small drop and the screen repaired. Did a quick search for iPhone repair near me in Los Angeles close by to my house and this shop was found. I took it to Apple and was told they had messed up the hardware and there was no way to fix it, so I ended up having to order a brand new phone. Do not go here unless you can afford a new phone. On top of it, I tried to update my original review after I found out they broke some hardware in my phone, but they tried to bury my updated review. I have since deleted my original review so that they don't highlight it and mislead others. Their service was so bad that I've taken the time to write a new review to warn others because it cost me hundreds of dollars to get a new iPhone!

I'm trying to remember oh what happened but basically when I got there all of a sudden out of nowhere, the screen magically started working or as before, if you would touch it, nothing would happen. So the guy told me how to transfer all of my data onto my new phone and also without a cord, after about an hour and a half it all transferred and it saved my videos photos, everything. They didn't even charge me anything, but I did give him a $10 tip for helping me out. I would totally recommend this place. The service was stellar.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer service staff, particularly Mel, who…read morewas rude, argumentative, and difficult to communicate with throughout my visit. Mel and another employee did not properly diagnose my phone, yet they attempted to claim there were damages that I did not believe were present. When I questioned this, Mel argued with me and repeatedly insisted that she had explained what happened, when that was not my experience of the interaction. I was also uncomfortable with Mel repeatedly asking me to provide private information publicly. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted to protect my personal data and did not consent to discussing or providing sensitive information where others could hear it. I should not have had to repeatedly explain that I wanted my privacy respected. The entire interaction was embarrassing and unprofessional. If you work in the phone repair business, customers should be able to expect a proper diagnosis, clear communication, respect for their privacy, and basic courtesy. I am asking management to review the security camera footage from around 1:15 p.m. so they can see how this interaction was handled and evaluate the conduct of their employees for themselves. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses both the customer-service and privacy concerns raised by this experience.

So I texted because I had the number saved, yes I break my phone all the time. Ojen texted me back right away and told me what his availabilities were. He's super responsive and the real deal. Offers great prices. He's so clean and I've seen him fix a phone right in front of me in like 15 minutes before while I was picking his brain and asking me questions about my iPhones I cloud situation, he was able to take care of the issue while he chatted with me, this pre-Covid of course the first time I acquired his services. He performed his magic again and fixed my phone again in a breeze. I'm so happy I have a working iPhone again. You are the man Ojen. Thank you for the extra alcohol wipes.

He's incredibly dependable - every time I reach out, he gets the problem fixed quickly and knows exactly what to do, or has a plan right away. What really stands out is how honest and fair he is. Most recently, when my motherboard had issues, he recommended checking my warranty first instead of jumping into a costly replacement. He even got the replacement motherboard installed the same day it arrived because I needed my computer urgently for studying. Simon is incredibly knowledgeable, fair with pricing, and runs a solid, trustworthy business. I can't recommend him highly enough! Also a shout out to Negah! I had a charging issue with my iPhone and even though Simon wasn't there, his wife Negah was, and she was just as honest and helpful. Instead of charging me a lot or doing unnecessary repairs like other places might, she found it was just dirt in the port, cleaned it up, and only charged me $20....
