The whole inside of the store was cleared out! Disappointed, I looked up eyebrow threading places near me. Sure enough, this place was the first to pop up. I called the store and explained my situation. I'm very picky about who touches my eyebrows. Camille, the store owner, put me at ease and invited me to come in right away and she would make sure my eyebrows were perfect. As soon as I stopped in, she was so welcoming and the shop was very clean. We had a nice conversation, and she shared some tips with me on how to keep my eyebrows cleaned up. Although a little on the pricier side, I won't go anywhere else from now on! Not to mention, this place is 5 minutes down the road from me. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience getting my lashes done …read more The owner was rude, unfriendly, and came across as entitled. Instead of making customers feel welcome, she made the experience uncomfortable. The cancellation policy is also extremely unfair. If you're only a few minutes late, your appointment can be canceled and you still lose your deposit. It feels more like a way to penalize customers than a reasonable policy. I wouldn't recommend this salon based on the poor customer service and the way customers are treated.

I went to their little stand and the girl was not in a good mood. It hurt so bad and my sister was next to me and asked why I didn't say anything since the woman who was threading my eyebrows was doing it aggressively. I don't like confrontation plus I was afraid she was going to tear of my eyebrows. Never again will I come back . I'm sticking with my favorite girl at the other salon.

The space is peaceful, welcoming, and instantly puts you at ease--you can tell you're about to have an amazing experience. Ana is the definition of a true professional. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions, listened carefully to what I wanted, and shared her expert recommendations without ever being pushy. We talked through the options together and agreed on the best approach for my face and my goals. I wanted a soft, natural look, and she absolutely nailed it. Throughout the appointment, Ana was meticulous, patient, and completely focused on her craft. At the same time, she was kind, warm, and easy to talk to. You can genuinely see how much pride and passion she has for what she does. When we finished, I was beyond thrilled with my brows! They look so natural--exactly what I had hoped for, only better. She also took the time to thoroughly explain the healing process, what to expect over the next two weeks, and all the do's and don'ts before my follow-up touch-up appointment. I left feeling confident, informed, and excited. With so many places offering brow services, choosing the right artist can feel overwhelming. Ana earned my trust not through sales tactics, but through her knowledge, honesty, and expertise. That made all the difference. I'm so grateful I chose Brows by Ana. Five stars honestly doesn't feel like enough. If you're looking for someone who is exceptionally talented, genuinely cares about her clients, and delivers beautiful, natural results, Ana is the one!

Obviously, doing your research is key. That's what led me to Stevi at Brow Almighty. I followed many local permanent makeup artists on social media and I was truly impressed with Stevi's before/after photos. Her website was organized, detailed, and explained the process from before/after care to how to book. I was also happy to support a local, female-owned business. The price point was more than fair. I paid $600 for my powder brow session and tipped 20% (This was my choice, not required, but I believe tipping 20% or more is the norm for excellent service! Similar to what you would tip at a tattoo shop.). My follow-up visit 6 weeks later was included for no additional charge. Again, I tipped because I appreciate the artist's time and attention to detail. The salon is well decorated, spotless, in a very secure location, and all Covid precautions are followed. Stevi knows what she's doing and she was able to reassure me when I was hesitant about my brow look. I wanted to go conservative. But those fears were long gone as I saw how my brows healed. In my follow-up, I was ready to go for more, more, more! The color is perfection and blends well with my skin-tone and hair color. I don't know how but she created a look that I could never, ever achieve with makeup. No pencil, powder, or gel regardless of brand or shade has ever given me this type of natural, well shaped brow. I highly recommend Brow Almighty. Don't hesitate. It's SO worth it.
