Obviously, doing your research is key. That's what led me to Stevi at Brow Almighty. I followed many local permanent makeup artists on social media and I was truly impressed with Stevi's before/after photos. Her website was organized, detailed, and explained the process from before/after care to how to book. I was also happy to support a local, female-owned business. The price point was more than fair. I paid $600 for my powder brow session and tipped 20% (This was my choice, not required, but I believe tipping 20% or more is the norm for excellent service! Similar to what you would tip at a tattoo shop.). My follow-up visit 6 weeks later was included for no additional charge. Again, I tipped because I appreciate the artist's time and attention to detail. The salon is well decorated, spotless, in a very secure location, and all Covid precautions are followed. Stevi knows what she's doing and she was able to reassure me when I was hesitant about my brow look. I wanted to go conservative. But those fears were long gone as I saw how my brows healed. In my follow-up, I was ready to go for more, more, more! The color is perfection and blends well with my skin-tone and hair color. I don't know how but she created a look that I could never, ever achieve with makeup. No pencil, powder, or gel regardless of brand or shade has ever given me this type of natural, well shaped brow. Not going to lie, microblading can be somewhat uncomfortable and a little painful but the numbing cream definitely helps a ton, it also depends on your pain tolerance (I have a very low pain tolerance).
