I knew that wax might cause a slight burn to the skin (wax was hotter than normal) and would last up to 48 hours (way past that now). Since Ashley did not speak with me about what she was doing with my eyebrow color, I asked about what she was doing and told her what I wanted her to do. She told me that this was what she did and would not be doing what I wanted. When she let me look at the mirror when she finished, I once again told her what I wanted done. Now, three days later with lids still burned and brows now already faded. I walked in at 2 p.m. and left at 2:18. Not the best way to treat your new client.
