Since Ashley did not speak with me about what she was doing with my eyebrow color, I asked about what she was doing and told her what I wanted her to do. She told me that this was what she did and would not be doing what I wanted. When she let me look at the mirror when she finished, I once again told her what I wanted done. Now, three days later with lids still burned and brows now already faded. I walked in at 2 p.m. and left at 2:18. Not the best way to treat your new client.
