I really don't need mascara now, but boy do my lashes pop when I do want to wear mascara. I think the lift and tint last 4-5 weeks. The salon is clean and very nicely decorated. But this afternoon, I walked in on a whim and I am so glad I did. Julie is the absolute best hair dresser I have had in years and I don't say that lightly. I am so thrilled to pieces with my cut and color I can't even express it well enough. She was quick, but thorough and efficient. She listened and delivered EXACTLY the look I wanted. She went with a good instinct and tried a new technique she'd learned about that she thought would suit me and she was right. I don't want the same textbook, cookie cutter looks - I want a creative person to give me something fresh and new. Julie did. Also, I have thinning hair, so it's hard for me to go to salons since many hair dressers are obvious and clumsy when dealing with women with hair problems. Julie was exceptionally friendly, positive and found what worked for me and never made me feel self-conscious. I haven't found a consistent hairdresser in years but I think I have now. I'm getting so many compliments on my hair (and eyebrows - she waxed them!). My friends say this is the best my hair has looked in ages.
