FRAUDS!!!! This company is a scam I never ordered this software before in my life but yet they say I purchased it last year. I was going through my emails when I saw an email stating my subscription renewed and my credit card was charged even though it wasn't my proper billing address. I never ordered spyware, I have no reason to order this. I called the company and they of course where a pain to deal with on the phone and refused to refund all my money. Shortly after I called my credit cards fraud department and my money is going to be hopefully credited back to me. Hopefully the fraud department will investigate these thieves further. read more

I read an article on WE HATE MALWARE (http://www.wehatemalware.com) by Mr. Bill Gordon about SPYHUNTER 4 software developed by Enigma Software Group. I keyed in on the part about people being unhappy believing they were tricked by Spyhunter 4. I can understand how they feel. I did the scan and saw the price of 29.99 and after doing a little more research including reading Mr. Gordon's story I thought I would spend the $29.99 for the program. I clicked on Register and entered the personal information. That is when I saw the price of $39.99, well that can't be true it is supposed to be $29.99. It says a Single Use License is $39.99 NOT 29.99 and IF you want a "RegHunter" to fix your Registry IT IS ANOTHER $29.99. YES IT IS A SCAM TO GET $70.00 out of you!!! How much did Bill Gordon get paid to write that article? If they had been up front and showed me what they wanted to charge I might have bought it BUT they played games. That is a SCAM to me. Your Spyware software was sooooooooooooo bad I had no choice but uninstalling the software. The program tried to scan few minutes after it finished (it took 1 hour each scan). This is unacceptable. read more

Do not waste your time and money with the SpyHunter product. There are products that will do for free what this product does. I bought the premium version of this product and was not aware that it is a subscription product that is renewed every 6 months (which is very unusual). Granted I did not read the fine print but then I found it was impossible to get a refund (under the 30-day money back guarantee) nor could I even cancel.. I had to end up disputing the charge with my bank. The customer service at Enigma would not respond to me. read more
