I hired them because they represented themselves as experts on Meta's Andromeda rollout and assured me they could help recover my ad performance. Lies. Over four months, I not only paid for their service, but also followed their advice to significantly increase my ad spend. My account performed worse than before I hired them. One month dropped as low as 1.9 ROAS, the worst performance I'd ever experienced, while I was spending more money than ever before. Every month I worked with them resulted in financial losses. When I asked for a refund, I was ignored. Multiple emails went unanswered until I filed a chargeback. Only then did they respond. But jokes on me... that extra month that they give for free? That's so you end up outside of the time frame to be able to successfully file a chargeback when they ignore your requests for a refund due to the misrepresentations and financial losses. A calculated move. Don't fall for it. They did end up responding after I filed the chargeback.. and their explanation was essentially that my results were poor because I "didn't want to do the work." Apparently creating 150+ ads, managing them and feeling physically ill as you watch their performance tank now counts as not wanting to do the work. Who knew? What's even sadder is that the company markets itself as helping to scale female-owned businesses. As a female business owner who works to empower women... I feel targeted, not empowered. I feel tricked, duped and angry. I invested thousands of dollars hoping to grow my business and instead I'm still trying to recover financially from the financial losses caused by their so called system. You've been warned. They do not deliver on their promises. And don't seem to care. Yuck.

They sell you on the ads and sales call with: "You won't have to rely on organic sales anymore." That person reassured us, overpromised... and then disappeared. We never heard from her again. From that point forward, Our account manager was polite but inexperienced, and the actual media buyer only got on a call once. Pretty much forced cause they realized how annoyed I was by now with their results. Even more concerning: they never asked about our cost of goods, margins, or LTV. How can any serious agency run paid campaigns without that information? All they wanted was our target CPA and ROAS, but never dug deeper into whether those numbers were even realistic or how to improve them. The results spoke for themselves: declining sales and increased stress on our end as we had to rely on organic sales and promotions just to cover the gap their ads left behind. We ended their services early! 2 weeks before our contract was even up just to stop wasting more time and money. If I could save one business owner from going through what I did, it would be this: don't be fooled by their Instagram ads or polished promises.
