I have been extremely dissatisfied, to say the least, with the service, level of professionalism, content creation and results provided by YelloWhistle.
Though you charge $4000 a month you haven't even consistently been able to produce a 2x ROAS, nor have you ever brought in close to $4000 above ad spend, much less any type of profit.
Last month I explained the urgency to get to a minimum of $12k in FB sales monthly (to cover ad spend cost, your fee & my bare minimum business costs) and I agreed to raise ad spend to $162 a day, per your recommendation, and with your confidence that you could produce $12k in sales if you had this budget.
It is September 18th and you have only managed to bring in $4051.00 with a monthly average of 1.5x ROAS (which I've spend $2682 on ads this month to date) barely generating $1369 in profit.
This is not even enough to cover 2 weeks of YW charges ($2k) And there are only 12 days left in the month.
Ads have plummeted even further, if that's even possible, in the past two weeks since scaling, leaving the ROAS for the last 14 days at 1.46x ROAS and the last 7 days 1.22x ROAS, showing they are just getting less effective and more costly.
There is zero regard, or proactive initiative (especially for the amount of money you are being paid) for the amount of monthly loss I've experienced working with your "team."
There has been less then proactive initiative on your part despite the many urgent emails I've sent, stressing the numbers and performance.
I have had to constantly question and inquire about the failing ads and only then does something happen.
You have launched ads without my approval, despite just speaking with your team member a couple days prior, stating clearly that I want to be notified PRIOR to any ad launch to be able to approve and revise them.
While my ads were tanking (over $102 cost to bring in a $59.99 sale) and I was urgently requesting explanation & immediate attention to my ads, I don't get an email until the end of business day stating the "team" is off site and can't get to it for another day. Meanwhile I'm paying you $1000 a week and can't even get same day support when the ads are quickly spiraling down.
You have produced sloppy ads with important before & after images CUT OFF.
You have repeatedly created Ads that flip through slide shows so fast you can't even tell what you're looking at.
You have repeatedly used the same "review videos" in new funnels that never worked the first time we used them.
There has been a serious lack of new, fresh, professional and quality ad creation and copy.
You have put together ads with subpar content that I have had to review and request numerous revisions for, or just plain create videos myself, spending hours of my days to create content, WHICH IS WHAT I"M PAYING YOU FOR, and submit them to you, only for them to display grainy and poor quality when you launch the ad. And, when I inquire about this I'm told fb may just resize the video and you can try again if I'd like....this is AFTER you have launched the poor quality ad without even reviewing it yourself to see if re-uploading it would fix the issue before launching it, like a professional would do.
All of this review / revision and essentially babysitting my ad account and your ad creation has cost me hours and hours of my time while I pay you to do this for me with expertise. You have not come through on any level.
I have been told when requesting revisions and/or wanting to add new fresh content to ads (that I've just received- that may do better,) that "the team has already put the work into the current ones so they don't want to redo it" ....when these ads aren't even producing!
I have been told I "can't stop an ad because it's finally showing promise" even though my supplier was having serious fulfillment issues and I had to demand a conversation with Candace to get the ad paused, all the while losing money on marketing an ad that no longer benefits my business and creates customer issues for me.
There is a VERY apparent lack of work ethic, integrity, drive and quality of work being put into my ads/ad account, certainly not worth even a fraction of what you've been charging.
I've paid you $12K over the last 3 months to be $5588.33 in the negative and that's only factoring in FB ads cost & management fee and doesn't begin to count the wasted hours of my time to do your job,
In short I'm appalled at the lack of professionalism, follow through and integrity with the "team."
Crummy ad results that you can't seem to crack the code on are one thing, all the other issues listed above are a serious sign of lacking expertise and integrity in business.
And there's no way you could convince me that the later doesn't affect the results that have been produced. read more
