They fairly price their products and have a wide array of services. Their technology skills and equipment are first rate. I have self-published a book through them (great "binding" service options). I have seen some quality church bulletins and song books by them. Our HOA publishes a monthly newsletter using them and they have done "bit jobs" such as brochures and signs for projects I affiliate with. Some of this takes some learning and lots of decision-making and Mr. Eicher patiently guides me/us through the processes. His helpers are just as friendly. They finish work promptly and are good about estimating time or issues. We are able to send material by email attachment for printing.
