However, I didn't have a good experience with the dentist. The dentist was nice but wasn't really listening to what I was saying. I wanted to possibly replace a crown, address any problems they found in the X-rays, and that was it. She told me I had multiple cavities between my teeth but didn't show me a single X-ray. She then said I needed Invisalign. I like my smile, I just have a little crowding in my lower teeth. I told her I've had braces twice and I don't mind the crowding. She pushed for the Invisalign and also teeth whitening. I walked out with a list of work I 'needed' (more than $5,000 worth) and was pushed to make an appointment the next day to have impressions taken for the Invisalign. I didn't go back because I was really intimidated. After talking to a family friend who is a dentist, I felt especially uncomfortable about having work ordered after I hadn't seen a single X-ray.

A new dentist (I believe this was her first job after school) did the procedure. I ended up with my mouth being numb for more than 24 hours and 2 days later had intense pain and facial swelling. The practice admitted the fill in was in too deep but insisted I needed a root canal after failed antibiotic and steroid treatment. I asked to speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones and was completely dismissed. There was no ownership to the damage that was done. No one offered to redo the fill in that was done incorrectly. I had a consult with an endodontist who confirmed I did not need a root canal and the error was in the fill in. All I wanted to do was speak to the provider who owned the practice-Dr. Jones, express my concerns and discuss a plan to fix my issue. I was completely dismissed and the provider would not speak with me. As a healthcare worker with over 25 years of experience, this was not customer service. This was not ownership to a wrong. This was rude and insulting. To date, I am still dealing with this issue and trying to get this resolved. I am now being told that I have completely maxed out my insurance in June and would now have to pay out of pocket. This indicates that Trinity billed incorrectly and took the entire annual plan benefit!!! Honestly this has been exhausting, unfair and completely unnecessary.

Front Desk & First Impressions: The front desk receptionist was warm, friendly, and charming. The lobby was cute with light music playing which is a nice touch for someone whose nerves were already plotting an escape. The wait time was short, and I was called back quickly. The restroom was clean! Dental Assistant & Dentist: The dental assistant was very kind and personable, though I wasn't my usual chatty self since it was early and I was on a tight schedule. After X-rays, the dentist came in, introduced herself, and asked thorough preliminary questions. I especially appreciated her sensitivity in making sure my chipped tooth wasn't the result of any unsafe circumstance. Before I knew it, she reclined the chair and began working. My heart was racing, my palms were sweaty, and I was moments away from calling for a timeout-but suddenly, she was done. Quick, efficient, and practically magical. Things I Didn't Love: I wasn't a fan of the music playing during the appointment. I also didn't enjoy being approached mid-appointment by a receptionist requesting payment before treatment. While I understand the business perspective, having completed all paperwork online, checked in, and provided my insurance card, l assumed payment at the end would have been sufficient. The first time I went to Kreeb it was because a crown fell off and I was scheduled to go out of the country the following day. They were awesome and fit me in immediately and fixed it with no difficulty. After having such a great service I decided that I would make them my regular dentist.
