I only trust Tiffany with my brows and when my mother grabbed me by the arm and told me she wanted my brows, I knew where to take her. My mother was concerned about the pain since she's never had any experience with getting her brows done. I live in NY but go out to see Tiffany when I'm visiting my parents in Southern CA. Kind of crazy but I think it's totally worth it because I trust her 100%. She's an amazing artist who customizes the brows for each person. She's also super nice and gentle. I was comfortable with her from Day 1! What to expect... On your first appointment: She'll consult with you about how you like your brows and every day make up. I tend to not wear a lot of make up so she recommended that I go lighter so it looks more natural. Next, she'll uses a pencil to draw the shape of your brow. During my first appointment, she spent over an hour drawing then modifying to make sure it was perfect. The process: She'll use a numbing cream on your brows then start the application process. I'm a big baby when it comes to pain but found the process totally tolerable. I don't need to take any pain meds after the appointment. Aftercare: Tiffany will give you an aftercare package with ointment to cover your brows until they peel. Mine tend to peel within 4 days. I've always wanted my brows filled, even, & symetric. Never had any cosmetic enhancements done whatsoever so the fact that i am having permanent makeup tattoed on my face was more than un nerving. Anyway, months back I finally got convience to have it done because of my cousins daughter. She had hers done somewhere else (different state) and it looked great! So I started to do research: google, yelp, ig, fb & browsed through all the local LB artists that can do a a great job at permanent make up and finally decided to go to Tiffany. So the day finally came in Sept. & I was very nervous. She was very chill & her studio is super clean with minimal essentials & sterile equipments (most important). There was a small consultation period of how do i want it shaped, filled, etc... she picked the pigments that suited my color so that it would look natural & not tatted on. So she started free handing and shaping my brows & I automatically thought "oh no this wasn't going to be even or symetric" I didnt say anything becz I trusted the process. Right after the procedure was done I already did notice some uneveness on the shape and color distribution of my brows, obviously because it was still raw and swollen, but I did let her know on the spot & we both agreed to let a week or so pass to see how it would look when it healed & it did show a mineut uneveness of my brows (1 dips more & has higher & shorter tail) thats the reason why I gave it a 4 star & not a 5. Dont get me wrong I am still happy that I had my brows done by Tiffany, I actually have received complements on my brows. Im just not a fan of free handing because it leaves a margin for error especially when measuring tools or the string method are available instead of eye balling it. Obviously, I accounted for different artists have different ways & different people get different results or possibly that the ink didn't take on my skin. This was my own experience and wanted to be as honest as possible in my review. This is not to disuade any new or current customers from using Tiffany or having her do your services, what i am saying is she takes on her work & customer satisfaction. So I texted Tiffany weeks after to let her know my situation & shot a picture to show her the result and she replied right away, she told me not to worry that she can correct the shape and uneveness of my brows when I have my touch up. Needless to say I have an appointment with her this coming Novemember, so I am sure looking forward to that. read more

Tiffany is the best! Very sweet! Everything she uses is cleaned and properly sterile. She draws your eyebrows out on you before she gets started to make sure you love the shape! (Very important) and will let you adjust anything you're unsure of while Inputting her expert opinion! Everything is very clean and she really takes the time and effort for your brows! She makes sure you're numb so you aren't in a lot of pain(though it is still a bit painful but that's to be expected). She is available for you to reach out to after she's done with any questions or concerns! My skin type made my brows come out a bit light and she reassured me it was normal and I'd just need to have the retouch after they are done healing. She's greats with booking you and fitting you in. I went to Tiffany for a coverup of old work that was turning red, which was far from what I wanted. She took her time with our appointment and showed me what it would look like by penciling in. She made my brows look 10x better then it did before. The healing process was smooth but you do need to take care of them in order for your brows to heal correctly. My brows look so natural. I got my eyeliner and lip tint by Tiffany which was fine but scheduling the touch up has been a disaster. Her schedule is very limited as she is busy and I work full time.l so I'm busy as well. She charges $50 per service if you don't schedule the touch up after 90 days. It was difficult when she has limited slots since most of her weekends are booked and I work full time during weekdays. I had to reschedule twice, 1st time it was my fault. 2nd time I had bronchitis and didn't want to get anyone sick. She gave me a few times and I texted her back 1 hour later to pick the time and date. I let the 90 day extra charge slide as I understand she is busy and just wantesd to get this over with. Then on the day of my appt, she said she never got my text and that it was overlooked, then proceeded to say it was my fault that I didn't confirm with her. I texted her the screenshot of my delivered response to her to confirm my appt. I took my eyelashes off and also the day off work in order for this appt. She said she couldn't accommodate and was overbooked until 1 month later. I ended up just telling her for forget it and that I'll go somewhere else. I'll call this one a loss and I'm very disappointed by her efforts to correct the situation. read more

I've been following Tiffany for years now. She covered up my microblading from a previous artist a few years ago after I realized that I do not like microblading and was unsure if I'll like powder ombre. I also researched for 3-4 years finding the right artist to do my powder ombre brows and finally decided to make the jump with her and I couldn't be happier. I regretted not doing them sooner! My brows lasted me a solid 2 years and of course when it started to fade I went back to Tiffany and she enhanced them back to life. Had my first session with Tiffany about 4 weeks ago and I must say, I am so happy with how my brows are looking already!!! I haven't even gotten my touch up yet but I already like them enough that I haven't needed to fill in my brows at all since I've gotten it done. She was very attentive at listening to what kind of shape/shade I was looking for and it turned out exactly like what I had in mind. I also had to do some color correction due to a previous mircroblading job years ago but she was honest and let me know that I didn't NEED it but if I wanted the lighter shade like I was describing, it would turn out better to do the color correction.
