I was forced to come here based on referrals from the military. The front desk people come across…read moreas always irritated with your presence as if the customer is disturbing them. The doctor is not very thorough and shows no interest in getting down the the patient's problem. It makes me wonder how do you go into a profession that is designed to take care of people but you show minimal interest. It's been five months and I still haven't been treated to improve my pain and knee problems.

I have been a Patient for 4 years. I was satisfied with this practice until recently. I fell the…read morelast week in October and Fractured my knee. My doctor recommended Cortisone Shots in my knees. I was against taking the shots due to known side effects in addition to my age The practice also has my previous medical history. My doctor advised due to the injury she needed to calm the Inflammation; I took the shots in both knees. I was also advised that there would be an elevation in my Blood Sugar however, i was not advised of other possible side effects and complications from the shots. I was diagnosed with blood clots 6 days ago and have been trying to speak with my doctor for 4 days. The receptionist advised me on Wednesday that the doctor received my Fax and the Test rests and I might receive a call from the doctor. Thank God I didn't hold my breath. I called yesterday Thursday to inquire about the request that I submitted online for an appointment that has not been responded to; the receptionist advised that she doesn"t know how online appointments are handled although the voice recording recommends using online scheduling. The receptionist placed me on hold to reach out to the doctor who advised her to tell me that, I need to reach out to my Primary Care doctor for assistance; she does not treat blood clots. It took me 4 days to get an answer and she won't speak directly with me; this is unacceptable. One other thing, this is the only Practice that I have been affiliated with where you cannot access your medical records, test results, treatment plan, nor referrals online; nor can you upload documents. I am not saying for sure however, it's been alleged on Drugs.com that shots can cause clots. (https://www.drugs.com/cg/deep-vein-thrombosis.html) What is unacceptable is the delay in getting an answer from the practice. I'm done with them after this. I was advised by the receptionist that she could not provide an email address to forward the test results from the hospital; I could either Fax or send them via U.S. Postal Mail. Disappointed beyond measure

And the cost is far less than comparable clinics down the street which run around $250. The cost for visiting the Minute Clinic is around $70 and the nurse will call in any prescriptions for you. Note that you must sign in at least 15 minutes prior to close or they will not accept you. Also, the Minute Clinic desk is not located at the pharmacy.

So the computer had it. Second, the nurse herself scanned the insurance card again at the beginning of the visit. Apparently this charade is just so that you think your insurance payment will occur. But it does not. In short, do not go here, ever. You will just find yourself with the nasty surprise of getting charged the full price on your credit card, and then have claw back your money from your insurance. Minute Clinic is a for profit scam that pretends to take insurance, while perhaps 'confirming' to insurance that the visit happened. And making more profit by saving the entire billing staff. That is on you, good luck. This is a medical McDonalds, not a clinic.

Common sense tells me that at any clinic it's always best to have an appointment and you can never…read morebe guaranteed a walk in appointment anywhere you go, Especially in the Nova area! The reason I started with that is because after reading a review from Meredith P. it seems that she is angry about something. I am unsure if it's an issue at home, at work, or just something personal. Although my experience at this clinic wasn't perfect, it was still within my scope of expectation given all the variables. They got me in the next day. Bedside manner was excellent and I could tell that the physician actually took the time to listen to my concerns before jumping to a predetermined solution which is typically what happens after three minutes elsewhere. Now, back to Meredith and her vomit droppings. It seems that this angry troll only knows how to write One star reviews given the brief glance at her profile. If 90% of her posts consist of 1 star that means she is unaware that the rating system is a scale of 1-5. After that many negative experiences who continues to allow others to serve or feed them? I would just become a Hermit and hire a private chef after the first 20!
