Disputing anything is pointless as they outsource billing to a third party company; you'll end up spending hours on hotlines and sending emails to multiple people who will reply with conflicting messages and you will eventually fail to dispute anything. Even though my insurance pays 100 percent urgent care, they filed me as a new patient so that my insurance wouldn't cover it. Insurance told me to have them file as an Urgent Care appt. Nova says they will and won't. Two years later and threatening to send to collections. Scam charging me bogus fees. Dr. Couldn't even diagnose me. Wouldn't take my dog here. read more

This office firmly establishes the principal that the medical profession is a business and is no longer about building relationships, expanding the health knowledge and wellness of patients, and generally providing respectful engagement between doctor and patient. I visited NOVA Patient Care in October 2023, with the intention of selecting Dr. Richard Morris as my new primary care physician. In my first interaction with him, he took a considerable amount of time to introduce himself, talk about my health and concerns, and develop a plan for an upcoming physical. I was thoroughly impressed and was excited that I'd found my "life" PCP for my time in Alexandria. In January 2024, I went in for an annual physical. The physical, itself, lacked a lot of basic elements associated with a physical. Instead of a comprehensive analysis of my current health state, I felt like I was getting a "check the box" approach from Dr. Morris. I chalked it up to a "busy day", and left it alone at the time. I submitted for blood and urinalysis and was told that results would arrive in 5-10 business days. After two weeks passed, I contacted the office via their online portal. Specifically, the portal allows you to send a message to your doctor. I politely requested information on my labs from Dr. Morris. No response. After three weeks passed, I contacted Dr. Morris via the portal, again. Again, no response. This time, I followed up with calls to the office. When given the telephone menu, you can select a number to be connected with someone responsible for "lab results." That person is named Shazib. I choose not to speak ill of people if I can help it. Shazib is not only bad at what he does, he also doubles down on his office process and fails to recognize how poor he is with patients, customer service, or common sense in general. Over the course of three days, I contacted Shazib for my lab results three times. Each time, Shazib said he would call me back in a half hour with the results. Each time, I informed Shazib that I wasn't going to be available, and that I'd prefer they use the portal to simply upload the results (like every other doctor who uses a secure portal.) Shazib was obsessed with a procedure requiring him to call me back with results. He insisted on this, despite the fact that he acknowledged that they sat on the results and that the doctor had not responded to my secure messages on the portal. Today, I finally blew up. I yelled at Shazib over the phone demanding my labs. He said he called me yesterday and asked me to call him back (this was after I asked yesterday for him to send the records and he agreed to do so but did not follow through.) I now finally have my labs and they indicate that my Rx for a condition should change/increase. Knowing this, and knowing that Dr. Morris hasn't contacted me, the office sat on this information and didn't contact me is just disappointing. The whole purpose of preventive care is to get ahead of your health concerns. Dr. Morris doesn't seem to care about that. His office certainly lacks the basic decency to notify me. If you are serious about your health and preventive care, avoid this practice. They are incompetent, lacking in customer service, and just generally don't seem to care about your health. Find a practice that will respond to your investment in preventive health. read more

Using United Healthcare's website, I looked for a female physician that was within walking distance of my work. I wanted a female doctor and found one whose credentials I liked. I called Nova Patient Care and asked if the doctor, Cecilia Isabel Martinez was accepting new patients. Nova said "yes" . The website also said "yes". I booked her for an appointment two weeks later on Friday and showed up only to find "no female physicians work at that location on Friday". I specifically wanted a female physician for a female issue and I fail to see how swapping out some random male doctor is going to help with this issue. I find what Nova did was very misleading-- they basically swapped out the doctor I specifically asked for with someone else and did not tell me. It felt very deceptive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I've never received any other notice from this practice - electronic or via mail. Interestingly, the only options for contacting this practice is through text or phone. Are they afraid of documentary evidence of communications? More importantly... how the *h* did they get my email?? Came in on 7/6/24. One of the worst practices ive ever been to. The nurse that handled me was rude. Dr. Richard Morris didn't even tell me what was wrong with me. Told me that "its probably just a cold" and that I'd be fine in a couple days but its almost been a week. I needed a same-day urgent care visit because I was going out of town, and thus I figured why not try this new(ish) clinic. I made an appointment online for a virtual appointment that same afternoon. I did not get a confirmation, so I decided to call. The receptionist told me that the appointment was actually in person and they did not have virtual appointments available (even though their site had that option?). She also said I needed to fill out the new patient form, provide ID and insurance, etc. I did that via text link and email link. When I got to the appointment later that day, I was told that I needed to provide my new patient form, ID, and insurance again (3rd time) as "it did not go through". Comforting to know my sensitive information is out there floating around. I was seen quickly, and all told in and out in like 20 minutes. The PA decided to do additional labs and said they would be ready in a couple of days. I did not get the results until today (6 weeks later!). So I am not overly impressed with their online portal system, scheduling system, or call back protocols. I will say the front desk and assistant were both very nice, as was the PA I saw. First, I want to acknowledge that I never actually stepped foot into this facility. Reason being-- I received a phone call just after I'd strapped my ill 9-month-old into her car seat, informing me that my appointment couldn't be honored because the provider who could prescribe medicine in DC (where we reside) would not be in that day. The staff member then gave me the number of another (unaffiliated) urgent care facility & told me to give them a call. I'm now sitting in a waiting room with a child with a high fever, hoping to be seen, because there were only walk-in appointments available. read more

They require a "check in" to establish primary care (co-pay), the physical is basic (another visit), and then they want to schedule a dr appointment to get your lab results from the physical (co-pay). This facility should be called Nova Fraudulent Care, please avoid if you are looking for a new PCP. I went there for my annual check up like 25 years later they send me a bill after what seemed to be endless back and forth with their billing department (which is basically 2 or 3 people that are the rudest, most disrespectful individuals you would ever encounter), I called my insurance and they explained to me that everything they input in their claim was not related to preventive care. I intend to report this and I hope everyone that had the same experience with shady billing practice does the same so they would be investigated. read more

Twice I've been to this center, first time a few months ago, I came in and they thought I was a whole different patient, even though my ID and my insurance card was with them. I was there for four entire hours, they said I have a flu shot scheduled and a Tetanus shot, but then said I can leave without my shots being given. I left because I was tired and I thought we were waiting for blood works results to come back, only to remember that they did not give me my shots when I got home. Yesterday I went in, I have been coughing, sneezing, fever, swollen nodes, I felt drained of energy and after five days of this sickness I thought I should come in, I was getting worse. They did not take my blood pressure or temperature, the doctor thought I had allergies gave me a prescription for Claritin that I already have because it is OC, and rarely use, only in the Spring my mild allergy activates and on days when I am outdoors for long hours. On the way out, one of the nurses said, "oh we should take your blood pressure and temperature" AFTER I saw the doctor and literally on my way out the door. I can't talk, my voice is raspy, I shiver, one can see my nodes swollen, and they gave me Claritin without taking my temp and within two minutes of the doctor talking to me. Additionally, I asked about my flu shot and the nurse responded that I can't have it if I have the flu. So which is it, flu or allergies? read more

Common sense tells me that at any clinic it's always best to have an appointment and you can never be guaranteed a walk in appointment anywhere you go, Especially in the Nova area! The reason I started with that is because after reading a review from Meredith P. it seems that she is angry about something. I am unsure if it's an issue at home, at work, or just something personal. Although my experience at this clinic wasn't perfect, it was still within my scope of expectation given all the variables. They got me in the next day. Bedside manner was excellent and I could tell that the physician actually took the time to listen to my concerns before jumping to a predetermined solution which is typically what happens after three minutes elsewhere. Now, back to Meredith and her vomit droppings. It seems that this angry troll only knows how to write One star reviews given the brief glance at her profile. If 90% of her posts consist of 1 star that means she is unaware that the rating system is a scale of 1-5. After that many negative experiences who continues to allow others to serve or feed them? I don't recommend coming here. This a huge hassle and a lot of wasted time. There are many health service providers in the area, so you can skip this one. So far poor costumer service from my experience as a new patient: 1) I scheduled an appointment online, they didn't even confirm my appointment with the doctor. When I called the place, they said that doctor is no longer with us so they had a reschedule. Please update your website. 2) They also sent me a registration form via email. I sent it back to them. When I arrived at the clinic, they didn't receive my file (that's a lie). I argued with them but they were reluctant to look up my form via email and wanted me to fill it out again. Their registration form is also confusing and not user friendly. 3) Waited for more than 15 minutes 4) When the doctor prescribed my medication, they didn't send it to pharmacy. Three hours later I called my doctor to send it. 5) Receptionist were rude. No smiling and could care less attitude. 6) When I met with the doctor, he was more concerned with my weight than the primary reason I was here, which was to get Truvada/PReP. He said I needed to lose 10 lbs despite my active lifestyle. He recommend I should get a physical. I think this was a way for me to come back, but I will not. He didn't even explain anything about Truvada, probably because he doesn't know much about it. He asked me "are you gay, or what?", I think he could have been more professional. From an administrative standpoint, they are very unorganized. If you are gay and want Truvada, this is not the place to get it because of all the hassles and lack of professionalism. I used to see a female doctor at the S Ball St location and she was phenomenal! But I feel like every visit has just been downhill since. They call you too many times in between your appointments as a reminder, to get your medical history, to get the reason for your visit, to tell you that your doctor no longer works there, to get you to come in for an annual physical when I've notified that multiple times I have already gone this year. I've even gotten a call when I didn't have an appointment to see if I wanted to come in and if I had any problems?? The people in their call center (I'm pretty sure they outsource to a different country) can be a hit or miss. Most of the time you get rude people on the phone. Not to mention, there's something fishy going on in their billing department. My outstanding balance is ever-changing, with some of my payments not showing up. They can't seem to figure out why. I go here for medication management and the doctors seem competent, but the practice is too chaotic for me to continue going here. read more

My second appointment was almost two hours behind schedule, the doctor barely listened, and after rattling off a dozen or more problems I was told that I am fine and everything is normal. I have gone to multiple Nova Patient Care locations over the years (since they've been close to where I have lived). I have been so frustrated with their customer service. I normally don't leave Yelp reviews, but it's been just that frustrating. I've had my prescription sent to the wrong pharmacy several times over (wasting my time). Once they set my appointment on the wrong date and time. I also went to go to get blood work done and they scheduled me to one of their offices that doesn't have that service, which resulted in me having to call an Uber to a different location. it has been very frustrating. On top of that, I've gotten what seems like too many reminder/verification calls before appointments. I am actually shocked. I got a rapid strep throat test on June 7 and was told it was negative and that I could go home. I assumed it was just a general sore throat and would go away on its own. Someone from the front desk called again just to confirm it is negative. Fast forward to today, June 24, I get a call that I do in fact have strep throat and that the Dr. is unsure how they missed it the first time -- on the same throat swab??? So in short, I've been walking around with strep throat for 2.5 weeks and for some reason the doctor just now figured that out? I'm furious. Absolutely ridiculous and unethical. Do not go to this clinic. Read the other 1 star reviews. Many of us have had similar experiences. I went to this location toward the end of 2021. I had lab tests done and was given a prescription. About 2 weeks after the tests, I called the location to find out the results and found that the meds I was on were not appropriate for what the labs showed. So I got another prescription and figured it was just an over site that they never contacted me. I went to the same location in December to review some more test results and the doctor asked me if I had been tested for a bunch of things. If she had taken even one minute to look at my labs, she would know I had been tested for everything she asked about. My final straw was when yet again I was given the wrong medication and the office never called to let me know I was taking an antibiotic that wasn't effective for what was actually going on. I was later prescribed an antibiotic for something I wasn't even diagnosed with. I probably could have resolved my issues months ago but this clinic can't take a couple extra minutes to do their due diligence. It's beyond upsetting. My brother and SIL are in the medical field and were appalled at how dysfunctional this place is. I will never ever return. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Received a random text mid March about an overdue bill. I called to find out they're billing me for two visits that took place 5+ years prior. I never received any bill or notification and am unsure why/how I received a random text about it suddenly 5 years later. I pay medical bills as soon as I receive the bill in the mail, and nothing was sent to the address that I had lived in during the time of those visits. I still lived at that address for a year after those visits and set up mail forwarding when I moved. When I called I provided an updated address and requested to have the bill sent there and then I would pay. It's been almost two months and I still have yet to receive anything in the mail, but today I got another random text from a different number saying I'm being sent to collections with a 40% overdue fee if I don't pay. Mind you, this text has misspellings in it. It all sounds very sketchy, but when I call they have record of all of this and I do remember the visits so it's not that they didn't happen. I just can't believe the disorganization and lack of professionalism to handle their billing the way they do. I'm split on NOVA patient care. I come from a family in the medical field, so I'm more informed than maybe is normal about these things! See below about my general VA Healthcare thoughts. Specific to NOVA Patient Care: Doctors, though somewhat quick, do seem to listen fairly okay. They're not great diagnostics-wise, and are quick to throw labs at you instead of investigate further in the consult itself. Like other docs, I have told them I've done all the research and am certain it is X. They doubt me, throw labs at me, and then second visit they're like, fine, you're right. It is X. Doctors should be able to actually listen to their patients! Unfortunately this is an average diagnostic cycle for a VA PCP. I wouldn't go here for something that isn't an average issue (flu shot, STI test, etc), if you can help it. BUT at least these are docs that will generally listen to you and try and help you, (not check out on their laptop), before very likely referring you to a specialist. Need to know: Their office is fairly weird and not great about how it actually works. As other reviews will note. Their phone system very rarely actually gets to someone at the front desk (usually very early in the morning). The only way i've found to actually work with the front desk is to go in-person every time. I've found part of this is they also poorly communicate what can be done through the phone system. They also have an outdated and nearly broken system for sharing medical data with you and other doctors (as again, seems to be a bit of the norm in VA outside of large hospital systems like VHC). My only solution to this, again, was to go in person to the office. In 2021 these are 100% easily fixable solutions if the people who run this office invest in updating their IT and comms systems. This office COULD be actually pretty good, but they're currently lacking in improving their bedside and diagnostic consult skill, and their office systems are just missing the mark. The doctors themselves are basically average to maybe, quite good, but the systems and standards in place are preventing them from shining their brightest. I hope they check this periodically. I believe they can improve and be a better resource to our community, especially during a pandemic, when they are so needed. I've also had an experience where the doctor was a bit more pro-active than this review might sound. So, I dunno. I think there's some doctors who care in here. Just maybe not at the top of their game. ABOUT VA HEALTHCARE: 1. So far I find healthcare, in general, not of great quality in Virginia. The best I've found in this area is at the Virginia Hospital Center. I have Medicaid, so this might also affect my access to quality healthcare. 2. Generally, primary care doctors I've gone to, whether connected to big name hospitals or not, have a similar business and diagnostic model that I find is somewhat disconnected to anyone who is actively interested in diagnosing someone accurately. Misdiagnosis in medicine is common and can cause complication/illness, so not a small thing. The general VA PCP model is 1st patient visit, run labs (regardless of patient history), second visit- actually maybe diagnose (if they're a good doc). In general, this means they are making a certain amount of money off of each patient and saving time standardizing their methods, not all terrible, but not exactly based on the welfare of the patient. You don't want a doctor who runs past your consult. You want a doctor who is talking about your life social and medical, trying to understand how you're doing and whether these things are affecting what brought you in. Now I have chronic issues, that have not always been easy to diagnose even by great doctors, but also have had plenty of normal easy to diagnose illnesses. I have had doctors (NOT HERE) not check me physically on my not first visit for a very clear physical illness that has been diagnosed for hundreds of years by a quick physical check. I told them what it was, to check me. No. Run the labs. This is the state of PCPs in this area of Virginia. The model comes before the patient, unfortunately. read more

If you actually value your health, don't go here. ESPECIALLY if you are a woman. I came in after having been truly, really sick for 10 days -- my GP is located in DC and was booked up for a while so I decided this was a good option. After a few days of flu like symptons, my chest hurt, I had a fever, I couldn't breathe well, and I wanted to make sure it wasn't something more nefarious than a cold or flu given how persistent my symptoms were. I stopped in at 10:30am and was told to come back at 5pm (I thought the entire point of an urgent care was to be seen within a short timeframe but apparently they also do primary care and were fully booked that day... defeating the purpose of an urgent care). The doctor on duty -- I believe Dr. Jenkins? -- initially prescribed me an antibiotic, which I told her I preferred not to take given it might be a virus. After some back and forth, she decided to ignore my very real symptoms and ask me if I had anxiety and ask me how I intended to treat that. It was so incredibly inappropriate and so outdated, she made me feel ashamed to have come in at all, which is NOT good medical care. Finally, she referred me for a chest x-ray and took a throat culture. I had the x-rays done the next morning. It took TWO weeks to get the results of the throat culture and x-rays back, over 7 calls to the office, 4 voicemails, and talking to 3 people. I have never in my life experienced such poor care. I realize they may be busy, but this is not an acceptable timeframe for medical care, especially when it comes to viral and bacterial infections during flu season. I would suggest never ever coming here if you actually care about your health, given this particular doctor on duty is more concerned with shaming patients with her internalized misogyny than offering real medical care. It's almost impossible to get through to them on the phone, they don't replay to their on-line message service and when you do get through, the doctors don't actually do what they've been requested to do! A week to get an urgent refill to a prescription & their response is that a review is needed in person, don't actually tell us, and then say it'll take a week to get an appointment!! REALLY!!!! Now, having phoned with the results of a negative COVID test, they're failing to provide a written (email) confirmation to provide to employer to return to work! Unbelievable. I am one of thousands of Americans who has been diagnosed with the flu this winter - lucky me. As I wait out my week of isolation, I wanted to share my experience. I came in very sick, like fever of 103, unable to walk unassisted and visibly disoriented, sick. The receptionists were almost indifferent to me, handing me pages of paperwork and demanding my insurance card before I could even tell them the purpose for my visit (as if it was apparent). I get that paperwork is necessary for care, but when I'm leaning on the counter to stand up, maybe hold off a hot sec. Once my partner and I finally filled out the essential paperwork, it was a relatively quick turnaround before seeing a nurse who confirmed that yes, I did have the flu. The only reason I have rated this experience so high is because of the incredible care and candor of Dr. Greenberg. He was incredibly thoughtful and funny in his consultation with me, and even counseled my partner about preventative prescription and care. I would cautiously recommend this practice, I lucked out with a great doctor to save the day. If I hadn't, this review would have been very different. Thank you, Dr. Greenberg! read more

I have had a very mixed experience at NOVA Patient Care. I went in for a yearly Physical. The Physical was quick and easy and they were very professional. I had to call weeks later to get my results and they could not locate them. They finally found them and called me back and told me I had to come in. They said I had some abnormal results however they would not give me the results unless I went back in. This meant I would have to pay to get my results. They said they could not release the results over the phone because of HIPPA Laws. My family works in an ER and they said that is simply not true. I called back and was later told this was a company policy and I was informed that they would not tell me before having my tests. The doctor that did my physical said that she would call me with my results and if anything was wrong would want me to come in. Not hold information about what could be wrong until I come in. Very different things. So a company policy is to charge their patients more to find out what is wrong with them. I learned that I could download the lab results online but they would not tell me what was abnormal about them over the phone (other than it was not life threatening) because of company policy. They are clearly trying to get money and not do the right thing. If had they been upfront about what was abnormal and asked me to come in for a follow up I would have been more than happy to come in. Instead they held a doctor's interpretation of my health hostage for more money. As a doctor's office NOVA Patient Care is great. As a business they are terrible. As a result I will no longer go to any NOVA Patient Care, and am left wondering what is wrong while I wait for another doctor to look at the results. After going there the first time I told several people how great it was and recommended it. Now I told them that was a huge mistake. Go somewhere that is more upfront. read more

I wish it was possible to give no stars. I cannot express how unprofessional this establishment is. It's terrifying to say this about a medical "practice". I have been a patient here for a couple of years because of Dr. Greenberg who is no longer there. I needed a physical last week and had very specific concerns and unfortunately due to the short notice I really didn't have the option to find another location upon learning that Dr. Greenberg was no longer there. My fiancée also had a physical that day and they immediately told him something "bad" had shown up on his EKG and that he had to go back the next morning (which happened to be his bday) for an Echogram. They said they'd have the results by Monday so naturally we spent the entire weekend worrying. Monday came and no word. He did get a phone call on Tuesday saying something had shown up in his bloodwork and that he had to go in to review the results in person. Given that we're in a Pandemic and most doctors are only doing telehealth unless absolutely necessary to see a patient in person- this was very concerning. When he did go in the next day nobody was quite sure why he was there. He saw a Nurse Practitioner which is hardly who you want to see when you've been told something is wrong with your heart and something showed up in your blood. That said, she was totally confused as to why someone had told him to go in and said everything looked okay- including his heart. While we were thrilled to hear this, neither of us quite knows if we should really believe these results? Beyond that, as mentioned earlier, I also had a full physical that same day (09/25/20) and as of yesterday (one week later) had not gotten any results. I called them yesterday and asked and they assured me someone would call me to review them. That never happened. Furthermore they don't seem to have any actual doctors working here. My physical was conducted by a nurse practitioner as was my fiancées. Results were reviewed with him by another nurse practitioner. This place is a JOKE of a medical "facility" and honestly barely one step above a mom and pop owned corner store. If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend cut his finger quite badly this afternoon, and this was the closest Urgent Care to our house. We weren't sure whether or not he would need stitches, and his finger would not stop bleeding. We walked into the lobby and there were maybe 2 people sitting there. We told the girl behind the desk what had happened, and she said we would have to wait for an appointment until 5 pm. We immediately left and went to the emergency room. I think it's a little ridiculous that there was not even the possibility of the URGENT care triaging the wound. Additionally, the girl behind the front desk was completely unapologetic and made no effort at all to even have any nurse, physician, PA, etc, to come out front to look at the wound, as my boyfriend was literally bleeding through his gauze in the lobby. Urgent care is not the correct name for this clinic -understandable procedure if you only serve to provide primary care services, however this clinic was recommended for emergency services and there was NO way we would have received them at this clinic. Would not recommend even for primary services as the staff were rude and not compassionate. read more

Was playing some ball with my friend when one of them decided throwing the ball at me without warning was a good idea. Long story short I broke a finger and found this place, they got to me instantly and didn't make me wait long. The doctor assessed the situation and said he could move it back and could tape it up without a problem. He was extra careful which I appreciated and placed it back and taped it up. Professional from start to end, glad I found this place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone else who doesn't need emergency room level care. read more

My appointment was supposed to be at 12:30. I've called over twenty times and not once has someone answered. If I wanted to be ignored all day I wouldn't have made this appointment. It's hard to see a doctor when the front desk doesn't even bother to answer the phone. read more

Made an appointment through Zoc Doc for an appointment at their Richmond Hwy location , arrived on time, and was not seen for an entire hour after my scheduled appointment. The receptionist wasn't friendly OR welcoming and the staff seemed to just be focused on making money without focusing on relations with the patients. If I didn't need my expired prescription renewed, I would have walked out. Go literally anywhere else. read more

I requested a new patient appointment with Nova Patient CRe in Alexandria, VA. I was told I would be scheduled for 2 separate appointments as a new patient. An intake and a physical. I asked the lady in the phone what the address was and she responded by telling me I would receive a text message with that info. (Red flag #1). I received the text with a link (no details in the text). I followed the link to a page with very small text and requests for photos of my ID and insurance card. I completed the forms and had to search for the address on the page. I finally found it. Only an address with office number. No instructions on building access, so I assumed it was an opened building. I arrived to my appointment and spent 20 minutes in the lobby trying to figure out how to get inside. There is a call box, but Nova patient care is not listed. Again, I was given no instructions on how to get into the building or who to call. The link they sent does not have a phone number or any other information. I ended up having to google the office phone number. When I initially called, someone picked up the phone and hung up. They called me back and I explained where I was and that I was having trouble getting in. I was told I would have to move my appointment. This is horrible customer service for a new patient. I do not wish to be cared for by Nova at all. This is not the way patients should be treated. read more

It's unfortunate that I'm leaving this review because their doctors may be professional altogether. However, their administrative capabilities have been proven to be, time and time again, at adolescent level. Doctors/management, take note. Eg: The front desk charged a copay for a first visit, on a second visit to the office, a YEAR later. Mandatory in-office visits for a very mundane prescription that from previous doctors in other offices did not necessitate this is also a disadvantage. The refill period was lower in comparison, and still necessitates coming into their office. My assumption is the practice requires mandatory visits for the $$ of the visit. There are other experiences. It's just not pleasant. Take all that with a grain of salt and tylenol....good health wishes. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go here. The call center told me I have Monkeypox due to my poison ivy rash. They told me "you most likely have Monkeypox." I explained I have no other symptoms that align with Monkeypox, but I understood I have to be tested. They called me several times explaining I would be tested, but I would still be seen by the doctor via a tele appointment. I arrive for my appointment, and they refused to see me because I am a "liability." So I didn't get the treatment I need for my poison ivy nor did I get tested for Monkeypox even though I was told several times by the call center that I would be tested. This clinic is NOT prepared to test and treat Monkeypox, which is very concerning. Anyone should assume if they have any rash, these clinics will refuse to test and treat them. Have they learned NOTHING from COVID? Terrible experience that shows how incompetent and ill-prepared they are to treat people. read more
