He removed my tonsils back in 2013 and provided excellent follow-up care. When sinus issues took over my life in 2019, he suggested and performed a procedure that eliminated the nagging problem. Since then, he's been supervising my allergy treatments and the difference in my quality of life is priceless. The front desk staff has always been professional and accommodating. The building and office itself have adapted seamlessly to provide safe COVID protocols. Finding a consistent and good medical provider is the DMV is difficult so MET is definitely a treasure.

The gorgeous facility is sparkling clean & tastefully decorated with trendy MCM furniture in the lobby. More importantly, I immediately felt at ease upon speaking with the front desk staff & my family member was seen within just a few short minutes. EVERY person we interacted with (from security & front desk employees to the custodial staff, several nurses, & the doctor) was warm, friendly, patient, thorough & kind. Bloodwork, an EKG, urinalysis, head CT scan & an IV were performed quickly & smoothly. Nurse Kayla & Dr. Antoon were exceptionally cheerful & professional, with a spectacular sense of humor that helped keep my relative calm & in good spirits. It was a Friday at 5:30pm and they close 7pm. She let me walk in. They took X-rays but not weight bearing which I thought was weird. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. They set up my appointment with my schedule in mind. Only downside here, is that you can only do CT scans on certain days. When I showed up for my appointment, I had minimum wait. I was taken back and honestly it took me longer to walk here than the whole test did. The tech that did my scan was polite and funny. Beware if you are not interested. One of the biggest negatives is trying to get in touch with the practice directly. It's almost impossible. The billing manager submitted my bill to Medicare with an incorrect code so the practice sent it to me to pay instead. Despite frequent calls to request that they resubmit with the correct code, they never did and instead sent my bill to a collection agency. The most offensive part of this experience is that I left the billing/insurance manager in the Alexandria office three voicemails begging her to call me so that I could explain what Medicare explained to me. She never bothered. The practice manager promised me this morning that the billing manager would return my call this time. They close in an hour and have yet to hear from her.
