Their website also lists a notice that accounts need to re-registered for their new portal, but this also is not working. My home mortgage was sold to them after a year or two, and I set up payments and have not done anything else with them until today. But after reading reviews looks like I'm going to be ignored.

During those months they sent a property preservation team (Craigslist junk hauler) to change my locks, and removed all of my personal property. I have statements from the men they hired, and proof they paid them. I've recently engaged with a law firm and I am filling multiple lawsuits.
