She had some great suggestions and even shared her experience she's had with different types of materials and how they wore over time and how they'd combine with the other elements of the kitchen. The project progressed quickly and without any major problems. She asked questions as her crew went along so the project turned out the way it was envisioned. It was finished right on budget which we worked out ahead of time and about a day early. Everyone in the office has commented how great it looks and all functionality is intact, if not improved. Would definitely recommend.

I called two companies for estimates, but Mrs. Kay walked around with me, pointed out issues I hadn't seen, and assured me it was nothing big. Her care and knowledge were obvious from the beginning. I would recommend Mrs. Kay for any job she covers. She cares about her customers and she cares about making sure her company is the one you want to call. Her prices are great. I was very worried about finding someone to do the job well after hearing stories from friends and family who had terrible experiences with other contractors. I am so blessed to have found Studio and Crew!

We used Michelle Kauffman to buy a house in Lubbock. Michelle Kauffman was the buyer's agent…read morerepresenting us, and was used as the seller's agent representing the seller. Michelle Kauffman was difficult to work with but we made the deal happen.Since we were out of state buyers we never even met her in person! Michelle decided not to show up to give the keys or anything related to the home. Michelle also did not tell us (as buyers) the appraisal value. It came in a lot less than the contract price. Being cash buyers it would affect how we paid. No one wants to pay above appraisal value!! She refused to disclose this info. Along with all the 99 items that were wrong with the home and the seller's disclosure was a fraud. Michelle Kauffman is not transparent, very dishonest and highly unprofessional. However, over a year has passed and it's come to our attention Michelle Kauffman has told and given our information regarding the transaction of our property to another third party. This third party has falsely accused us of harassment, threatened our livelihood , and sent law enforcement to our house for no reason but to threaten us based on their assumptions not facts! Michelle Kauffman gave the third party personal and confidential information regarding the transaction we had with her with the property we bought a year ago. After giving this particular third party our information we started to get harassed and threatened with emails, texts and phone calls.  Michelle Kauffman is a real estate licensee who has a duty to keep client information confidential, including personal and contact information, and details related to real estate transactions. Realtors in TEXAS have a duty to keep client information confidential, including personal and transaction details, and generally cannot disclose such information to third parties unless required by law or with the client's consent. Michelle Kauffman violated rules and laws set by TREC. We did not consent to having any or partial information released to a third party who is basically harassing and slandering us or to anyone! If you do use or have to use Michelle Kauffman as a realtor in Lubbock, TX do your own diligence.  Highly do not recommend Michelle Kauffman realtor in Lubbock, TX

Beyond the expertise in market analysis, pricing, and negotiations, Cole went above and beyond in the following ways. He interfaced with title companies and lawyers to insure the LLC was in compliance with inheritance laws. He arranged mobile and virtual notaries on very little notice to insure our closing was not delayed. This was a massive headache, and he compassionately took it on himself to support us.
