So much more is needed than a house when you are new to an area but you really need to allow them to speak frankly about what they know so you don't end up with a bad builder or a location that is in decline. They've helped me to both buy and sell a home. I cannot think of enough good things to say about him and his company, but let me try! Firstly, I love the idea of going with a non-traditional listing service as a home seller. They saved me a small fortune by going with the flat rate fee instead of costing me an entire 3%. He didn't arm wrestle me into a lengthy contract either; he was willing to continue selling my home indefinitely without ever charging me another fee. It was unnecessary, however, as my home sold in less than a month of listing! He had phenomenal comps to compare my property to so we came up with a great starting price. He was willing and able to be reached any day of the week at any time (and trust me when I say I sent some late night texts with emergency questions!). He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. On the buying end, Stephen has also helped me to find the perfect home. Again, he's first rate with his comps so he knows a good deal when he sees it. He's also been in the business a very long time so he's seen a lot and knows almost everyone. She gave us a tour of houses in the price range we were looking for in the areas we were looking at. She was so nice and professionally courteous. She was able to see flaws in houses that were not for us. She was open to help us at any time. She had a large network of Inspectors, Title Companies, and Insurance agents if we needed. We picked a house in a neighborhood that we liked. She approved it do to new windows, new roof and and good structure. All the mechanics worked well.
