Go no further if you have a septic system in Lake County, especially if you have a aerobic system. The owner Ray is honest, fair, and punctual.
The first company that we used was absolutely horrible. The owner was gruff, dismissive, and shifty. He would charge you ridiculous prices for doing relatively little work. When our system overflowed, he would blame us and simply spray down the foam rather than clean the socks, which was necessary to do. It was really disappointing.
Ray, on the other hand, has been just the opposite. At first, he came out multiple times to help us with our neglected system. It took a little time, but now our system is working better than ever. He came by just yesterday; he could've told us that it needed to be serviced because we wouldn't have even known the difference. However, because of his diligence, our system is working great and explained that there was nothing to fix. He came by at no charge. Simply put, this is how people should do business.
When our neglected system needed repair, Ray did it in a timely manner and also gave us the knowledge to better understand the problem. It was affordable. He was nice. read more
