We'll pass on this one though. Thank you." It was surprising to receive such a brief decline without any follow-up questions or suggestions for alternative options. While I understand that not every project is the right fit for every company, a bit more explanation or guidance would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, this interaction left me feeling that VizSource would not be the most reputable source for renderings.

I am a victim of a fraud of this company, Kromeon…read more I had given Kromeon a contract to develop my website. I was talked into a multi year Service Agreement. I paid upfront almost $20,000 for a 4 year Service contract to Kromeon. Within the first month of the contract, all Kromeon staff who knew anything about my product either quit or let go. At one time, JP Palacio, who owns the company, threatened to install a hacked version back. Kromeon did zero maintenance per the contract. Sure, Kromeon sent me "monthly" service reports. But they were all fake. I protested to Kromeon Kromeon wrote blah blah. Kromeon did not provide any details I asked for. After 10 months of this deception, I canceled the Kromeon contract and demanded payment of the remaining months amounting to $12,000 plus. Kromeon refused to pay even though I documented all falsehoods in the cancellation. ​​ While Kromeon put together a good product, Kromeon is not the same. I would not recommend anybody to do business with JP Palacio. He is the rudest and arrogant person I have dealt with in my 43 years of business.

BEWARE of Bridge Technology Partners…read more This is embarrassing but I do not want it to happen to anyone else. So, here goes.... I signed a contract with Bridge Technology Partners to build a social media website and app over a year ago. I drove to San Diego to meet with Rob Clasby (the co-owner) in person. He seemed very genuine and honest. There were over 14 milestones with many technical terms. I went over everything with Rob, and clearly explained what I wanted. He also explained that all the work is done in the Philippines with the (co-owner) Mark Jones managing them onsite in the Philippines. I needed to pay a deposit up front and stage payments before starting each work order. The problem was that they started the next stage without completing the first. They gave me a lot of technical excuses (work not updated yet, waiting for Apple, blaming me for changes which were grammar and typo errors on their side) Whenever I complained, Rob told me that everyone releases their apps even with many big bugs because there will always be something to fix. Thankfully, I did not listen to him. I asked a friend of mine to sign up on his phone in front of me and it did not work. Needless to say, I was embarrassed and if I had released it to the public or even just to friends, they would have thought it was a joke and first impressions are very important. I would meet once a week with Rob's (project manager) Alex Titilah and he would make excuses for months about why the project hasn't been finished. The bottom line is that little is in working order and I have paid over $130,000. At this point, Bridge Technology Partners are over 8 months late from the maximum estimated time of the change order and more than 11 months from the original agreement. What I have learned since signing with Bridge Technology Partners is that there are a lot of greedy companies out there that are hiring technicians in India, Philippines, and paying them a low price and making as much profit as possible. There is very little or no regulation in this field so they can get away with charging whatever they think someone will pay. Once they get you to invest a large amount to build the app/site, they can keep on making excusing and charging because you want to see a finished product. If you don't pay, you will have wasted the money so far. It's like a bottomless pit. I take responsibility for signing the contract. Even though I was overcharged. However, I SHOULD HAVE A QUALITY PRODUCT THAT IS WORKING FOR THIS PRICE. Update 08/19/2017 I found out the Bridge Technology Partners not only has their company in San Diego but they also have other locations. As you can see my website is down TheFriendConnection.com. Bridge has stopped working on my project and they already have all my money. I'm out of business.

My company needed to "productize" our service. We were having trouble with customer touch points…read moreand needed to make our process more seamless and streamlined. Before our customers had to call an account manager who walked them through the service. When customers wanted to re-order they had to call their account manager each time. I met with Rob Clasby and team and we spent quite a few sessions discussing the scope of the project. They were to handle the entire back end. We met with four vendors and ended up choosing Bridge, even though they weren't the least expensive. Overall they seemed more knowledgable and definitely wanted my business. The project cost just shy of $150,000 but was WELL worth it. We now have a completely turn-key business without the need for a human to explain what we do. Customers can look up prior orders, make changes, and submit them to us. They can make payment themselves. In addition to this, Bridge was able to do API integrations with a number of various other applications we use in our business. I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them.

I just got back from a surgery meeting in Vegas where I gave some talks on robotic hair transplant…read moresurgery. There was quite a buzz around me when I got there...apparently about some meeting that the employees of the company that manufacturers a surgical robot had. Turns out a competitor of ABM met with the employees of the robot manufacturing company and this ABM competitor was provided with a list of all the robot company's customers, including me. There are hundreds. This meeting was mainly for the practice promotion employees at this robot manufacturing company, so it was a meeting about practice marketing....this was a meeting only with the owner of an SEO company like ABM and the employees of the robot company...an internal marketing meeting. Well, the owner of the other SEO company presented a "Good, Bad, and Ugly" talk to the robot company employees, highlighting 3 practices. He went through the list of websites provided by the robot company, and of course my website was somewhere on there. He chose 3 sites to highlight as "Good", "Bad" and "Ugly". He then had the crowd, using laptops and tablets and phones, go through each of the 3 sites he picked for 20 minutes each. He offered a $250 reward for anyone who found dead links on any site. Happy to say my site was picked as the "good" site, and the best example of a robotic surgery website! We were rated B+ to A- on 100% of the items tested. No dead links. No errors. A shining example to the world of how it's done right. Out of all the websites that this SEO company was shown to choose as an example, mine was chosen, and I wanted to reach out to Timour and the folks at ABM and let them know. Nice work y'all!
