I am a victim of a fraud of this company, Kromeon…read more I had given Kromeon a contract to develop my website. I was talked into a multi year Service Agreement. I paid upfront almost $20,000 for a 4 year Service contract to Kromeon. Within the first month of the contract, all Kromeon staff who knew anything about my product either quit or let go. At one time, JP Palacio, who owns the company, threatened to install a hacked version back. Kromeon did zero maintenance per the contract. Sure, Kromeon sent me "monthly" service reports. But they were all fake. I protested to Kromeon Kromeon wrote blah blah. Kromeon did not provide any details I asked for. After 10 months of this deception, I canceled the Kromeon contract and demanded payment of the remaining months amounting to $12,000 plus. Kromeon refused to pay even though I documented all falsehoods in the cancellation. ​​ While Kromeon put together a good product, Kromeon is not the same. I would not recommend anybody to do business with JP Palacio. He is the rudest and arrogant person I have dealt with in my 43 years of business.

Far from the truth. So the $300/month. Once realized very quickly this wasn't a service that was sold to us, we tried to cancel and was given the run around, a few refund checks for the $25.00 monthly overpayment for a couple months and hen basically told we were in contract. We waited our contract out the 3 years and cancelled. After cancelling, we weren't billed a few months and then billing keeps popping up where we need to request to be refunded and SHOW PROOF as we do. We are always assure this is a glitch and won't happen again. Nobody is answering the phone or returning phone calls. Today, I again submitted proof with my request for yet another refund for 3 past months they snuck in their fraudulent fees. A few months ago I couldn't get ahold of anyone and left a review on Google of my experience. Within a short time of writing that review I was contacted and advised if I removed the review I would get a refund. I removed the review and they sent me an email with an E-check for what they had erroneously billed... and promised it would never happen again. Well it has, and I can't get ahold of anyone. Hopefully they will refund me again. At this point I am going to look at ways of escalating this with the appropriate agencies. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND TRULY 360. Don't Sign a Chatmeter Contract!…read more If you are part of a small business or dynamic business that needs to pivot as business needs dictate, you should NOT consider Chatmeter services. Along with numerous obstacles, the pandemic brought debilitating staffing challenges for our business, and we had to close multiple locations. Chatmeter would not provide any assistance by reducing the number of locations in our contract. We were forced to pay for expensive services that could not be used during an incredibly difficult period. When our annual renewal bill was sent, we notified Chatmeter that we wanted to cancel and explained we could no longer utilize their services without many locations in operation. Chatmeter stated that we were required to cancel at least 60 days prior to the annual bill (even though they sent no notice or reminder of this). The only option Chatmeter would provide, besides a payment plan for the entire annual bill, was to buy out the annual contract for nearly $4,000! Small business owners need the option to discontinue services with reasonable timing if they do not meet current business needs. Inflexibility and unfairness help no one and it's simply not good business. In today's world of constant change, please be warned not to sign a contract with Chatmeter.
