I was at a continuing education seminar and my EMR vendor was there. I needed some help with patient records availability online. (All for meaningful use attestation.) For my fellow professionals, these guys take the web site off of me and that allows me to do what I love, which is practice!

With my new site up and running for about 6 months, I have received 1 (ONE) patient from my supposedly SEO optimized site. I was getting more response before they optimized it. Worst Money I Have Ever Spent.

Completely avoiding for Pediatric office or any dental offices. We regret that we did not do…read morethorough research about this company before. We have experiences similar to Emily W. The sales are misleading. Promises one thing to get customers engaged and signed contract, and then later the services that were promised were not there. The SEO is not existing. The prices are so high and the SEO and AI rankings are not present. The SEO plummeted dramatically after starting with their company. We really need to look into other company to help us with SEO. Communication with the team is poor. Once the person who we regularly communicated with could not address the concern, they threw it in for another account manager/representative. Website editing is difficult to implement. Takes 3-5 business days for simple changes. We regret to ever use this company. We believe this mindset of deceitful will not take business far anywhere. They should be more truthful and accommodating to customers. Also there is none or very few companies that require such 12 month contracts. We would like to warn other to not fall into the traps that we have done.

My experience with Roya was one of the most frustrating business experiences I've had…read more I hired Roya to manage my website, SEO, Google Ads, AI optimization, and digital marketing for my dental practice. Despite investing thousands of dollars over many months, my SEO rankings declined, Google Ads underperformed, my online visibility dropped, and ongoing website issues were never adequately resolved. Throughout our relationship, I participated in regular bi-monthly strategy meetings and repeatedly documented my concerns through emails and meetings. I consistently brought up the same issues--SEO performance, Google Ads, website deficiencies, lack of measurable results, and declining lead quality. I gave the team every opportunity to correct these problems, yet I continued to see the same issues with little accountability or meaningful improvement. Communication was incredibly ineffective. There was no direct way to reach someone when urgent problems arose. Instead, I had to submit a support ticket and then schedule an appointment on a calendar just to speak with someone. For a company responsible for managing a business's online presence, this process was inefficient, slow, and frustrating when time-sensitive issues needed immediate attention. One of the services I specifically paid for was AI optimization and AI search visibility. Based on my experience, I never saw evidence that these services were meaningfully implemented or that the work I was paying for was actually being performed. The final straw came when I terminated the relationship. Although I own my domain name, visitors attempting to access my website were redirected to Roya's website instead of my practice, disrupting my online presence during the transition. After months of trying to resolve these concerns, Roya ultimately agreed to release me from the remainder of my contract. I am still pursuing a refund because I do not believe the services delivered matched what was represented or justified the investment. I cannot recommend Roya based on my experience.

After discussing the issues thoroughly, I accepted the proposal and joined the Dog and Rooster family where every need was tended to, questions quickly answered, and brainstorming sessions planned. I went through numerous designs until they showed me something I loved. Mind you, these were all CUSTOM made designs, none of the template nonsense you get elsewhere. Once we had the design squared away, Dog and Rooster worked to fully customize and design every page of my site. What I didn't like was quickly corrected, and where there was a problem, it was quickly addressed and rectified. You never feel pressured to do something you don't like, and you always leave strategy conferences feeling energized and excited, the feeling of which is only surpassed by the product unveils. In short, this firm kicks tail, and I would utilize them again in a heartbeat with any other project. I recommend Dog and Rooster because of their excellent eye, extremely friendly staff, and, most importantly, the beauty of their product. Three thumbs up!!
