I can't remember if I paid pre or post service. This place is a solid choice, especially in a pinch.

I would try to book the person I had last time for some kind of consistency -- and, even though I would specifically choose appointments based on the waxing specialist listed at the time, whenever I arrived, I was just told someone else would be doing my waxing. The last time I went it was a brand new person--in fact, she said it was her first week--and the experience was incredibly painful. It made me question what kind of training she had been given. Additionally, she did a different service than what I requested! At the end, she explained she had been "distracted" and gave me what the previous customer asked for. I recently went somewhere else, and the experience was entirely different and not hardly painful at all (and yet an equivalent cost). This location would benefit from better management and training.

Also, She had me soak off my nails in some tiny glass container she took some supplies out of and wiped with a tissue, that my finger tips barely fit in, which was pretty uncomfortable.
