I was never able to get through to anyone when calling the phone number 10 times between the day prior and day-of my appointment to confirm the location (I knew the phone number was correct because of the voicemail message...also confirmed with another aesthetician that worked at the salon). Because my Groupon voucher stated the wrong address, I was 10 minutes late to my appointment (appointment was for 11:00 and arrived at 11:10). My aesthetician, Aubrey, wasn't even inside the salon at the time of my arrival. I asked the other aesthetician that was working on a different client if Aubrey was there -- I was told she stepped outside to take a call. She then called Aubrey at 11:20, who said she wouldn't take me because I was too late (no idea where she was at this point). I understand that I arrived 10 minutes late, but answer your phone and make sure the address is correct on Groupon! Needless to say, HORRIBLE experience and telling all my friends to steer clear.
