If you feel like you need someone to talk with and you're a hip 20 something (in other words someone who is on this site, hence reading this), I strongly suggest checking him out. Oh, and he's unbelievably attentive. If he knows you're going through a crisis, he'll actually call you sometimes. I didn't have a day without crippling anxiety and it drive me to depression. Doctor Perilstein, with a large dose on genuine care and a small dose of comedy, began treating me. She quickly began focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy as a means to train myself on how to be "my old happy self" again.
