Judy Moon did my massage and my wife took pregnant massage from Gwyn. Qe arrived 5 mins before time and got seated. I was asked to choose an aroma of my liking. Pressure was perfectly adjusted to my liking. Mellow music. In fact I went off to sleep in the end. Judy was kind to not wake me up. When I woke up she said to take my time and come out when I was ready. My entire experience was very relaxing. I will come back here.

I was seeking help with removing some emotional blocks that had been preventing me from progressing as a reiki student, but I received much more than I expected. Before the session began, we discussed a loved one's illness that I thought was the cause of my problems. She found and resolved several issues that I had not discussed with her, including pain in different parts of my body that I usually need to see a masseuse to relieve. Victoria worked diligently throughout the session, placing me in a state of ease and calm. I have to say it was one of the best experiences that I've had in some time. I've been suffering with anxiety, exacerbated by viewing a fatal car accident. For several years, I've avoided the area where it happened and limited my time in vehicles, driving or riding. For the first time in almost three years I was able to go to the location of the accident without experiencing a panic attack. I also parked my car, walked to the corner and made peace with the past. Another first was a night of restful sleep that I regained, waking feeling refreshed instead of stressed out and worried. It's only been a couple of days, but I can feel a shift in my life. There have already been so many improvements that I could go on and on about. The challenges that I may run into along the way seem more bearable knowing that a healer like Victoria is available. I'm sure that everyone's experience will be different, but if you are in need I urge you to schedule your session with her immediately, it will be well worth it.

After I attended a recent yelp workshop about reiki healing, It inspired me to search for a place that focused on natural and holistic living and that's when I discovered Ms. Linda and the lovely wellness in harmony center. Being a busy social worker, auntie, daughter and all my other earthly titles, can get overwhelming, not to mention, I'm considered an "empath" so I'm sensitive to people's energies- yupp I'm weird lol. With all that going on, it can create an inbalance within and take me away from my authentic loving self. Ms. Linda worked with me to balance my energies through meditation, reiki and chakra healing.
