All they would do was add refrigerant to a leaking air conditioning unit. When the gentleman from Pierce came out to assess my problem, he let me know that there was a small leak that needed to be patched and that I also needed refrigerant. They were recommended by my service contract company. Mark was the technician that stopped by along with another gentleman. Both were pleasant and very professional. They diagnosed the problem Immediately which was a bad blower motor. Mark answered all my daughters and my questions. The repair has not been done as of yet because my warranty company has to approve it and the motor needs to be ordered. I will follow up with second review after repairs are completed.
