I had a consultation with the amazing nurse, Mimi, who was incredibly knowledgable. The staff was kind and genuinely cares, taking the time to explain every step, answer all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I've never felt rushed or like "just another client." I came in looking to lose weight and decided to do a 10 week program weight loss injections. HOLY COW, I LOST 5 LBS IN JUST ONE WEEK?! I am currently on my 8th injection and have went from 132 to 118. I couldn't even do that running a marathon. I've never felt more confident about my body and my health. Stop waiting and book that appointment, you won't regret it!

Their only doctor is Dr. Francois phong Bui he is a total fraud who has a history of negligence…read more Five star reviews one month ago with only 1 review is obviously fake. I went in for awake chin liposuction. He did a deliberate botch surgery ...never wanting anyone to go on my face...predatory battery in order to try to sell the facelift they kept pushing when I said no, and none of the records say it was discussed except their quote written by his wife's instruction to give to me "a deal if done on the same day". He made the jowels look bigger, and uneven fat removal, and fat separation up to the cheeks and indentations on my jawline. This also caused nerve damage so I can't smile normally still after 3 months my mouth cramps up randomly, eat with biting my lip, etc...have to do physical therapy. He refused to refer me or admit to what everyone else sees. He said it will be 8 weeks to get my mouth back..more lies. In post op he tried lying and argued he didn't go on my face and said "it would be dangerous", said it is referred pain and numbness... I said I have photos of Canula marks and a big lump on my face above my jawbone. He then lied and said "he meant he didn't go up to the cheek". He falsified medical records saying I had no complaints and my mouth works fine in post op. Zero consultation records. He didn't even include the perscribed Rx he gave me or OTC Rx to take home in his records! He contradicted his own aftercare instructions in capital letters. He didn't give me compression for what i went in for, and when asked, shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know. After surgery I had to text the question again, and ask about icing and exercise because he was too busy to talk to me after surgery. Gave no instructions in text either! Plus his negligence of my medical needs caused an Adams Apple because he "was too busy at his other office". A saroma, as stated in paperwork, should have been expressed, and he admitted he does sometimes but never asked me to go in to get it evaluated after several texts begging. So it hardened. He told me to get (long and painful) professional lymphatic massages to fix it...doesn't work. That drastically loosened my neck skin. other surgeons say I will get my smile back after a year 90% and only a facelift will help or filler is ongoing forever. Just a few days after post op he posted a long novel choreographed video with staff saying "this is what plastic surgeons do"... he's not even a plastic surgeon! He is a gynocologist! He false advertised good after 1 week, but texted me the big black sutures fall out after 2-3 weeks. In post op texts he said it will be 8 weeks to 6 months to be healed!! also tried selling tightening when the smart lipo says it tightens without anything else. He admitted in post-op he deliberately scraped my jaw bone 5-10 times on the one side (where they took thier illegal promotional video during surgery-i opted out of any pics or videos, and he put his logo on my pics!) he told me to try to move fat from the other side to the scraped side to fix it now. ..didn't offer to fix anything, even at a reduced rate like his paperwork says. He also ignored my anesthesia needs, and others have reviewed he's done that to them as well. he lied his numbing is stronger than the dentist, but his records show its just lidocane (the same), saline and a vasoconstrictor...so I felt the canula jabbing me the entire time for an hour. I told the nurse (his wife) that would happen unless they get septocane...the doctor lied in pre-op his "is stronger than the dentist". He admitted in post op the face muscles caused my mouth to be so bad and if he would have only done the neck this wouldn't be happening. Well since I'm in customer service and smiling and talking is everything to me, He will be sued and reported to the medical board if not settled ASAP! Future surgery pain and suffering and destroyed plans for this entire year and a half before I'm allowed to get revisions. Obviously not a compassionate doctor award winner like they tell us.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and feel that other patients should be aware…read more I originally went in for Botox on my forehead. During my appointment, I was encouraged to purchase Sculptra treatments. Before the injections, they injected a numbing medication instead of applying topical numbing cream, which was different from my previous experiences at other clinics. After the treatment, I experienced significant pain and emailed the doctor to express my concerns. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the doctor, nor did anyone from the office call me back to check on me. More than a month later, I returned to the clinic to speak with the doctor in person. I explained that no one had responded to my email and that I had never been asked to sign a consent form or receive post-treatment instructions before my procedure. The doctor told me they do not normally have patients sign consent forms, which surprised me. When I went back today for the remaining balance that I had already paid for, the staff suddenly asked me to sign consent forms and other paperwork before refund. I questioned why I wasn't asked to sign any of these documents before my initial treatment, when they had already performed procedures on my face. In my opinion, the communication, documentation, and overall patient care at this clinic were unprofessional. After receiving treatment here, I ended up spending thousands of dollars addressing the issues I experienced. I encourage anyone considering treatment at this clinic to do thorough research, carefully read every document before signing, and make sure you fully understand the procedures and consent process before moving forward. I have kept all of my receipts and records and intend to report my experience to the appropriate authorities.

I went to get a quote for removing my eyeliner and eyebrow tattoos. The consultation was…read moreuncomfortable; I felt belittled. It was very unprofessional for them to make me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time, and the person kept answering personal phone calls during our meeting. The quote they gave me was expensive, charging per side per session, with no guarantee on how many sessions it would take for complete removal. Another client told me in the parking lot she was on her sixth session with no results. After months of searching and wasting money at another med spa (avoid Kim's 3D in Anaheim btw), I finally found a reliable place for tattoo removal that works without costing a fortune. Look up Enclave. She's a life saver! In short, do your research and believe the negative reviews; they're there for a reason.

As her health has declined, maintaining proper hydration has become increasingly difficult--a challenge many seniors face--and it often leads to additional health issues. IV hydration has been one of the most effective solutions for her. While we were initially drawn in by the high-quality treatments at reasonable prices, it's the genuine care and compassion that have kept us coming back. Athena is consistently patient, kind, and understanding with my mother, even during moments that can be challenging. Her empathy truly makes a difference in our experience. We are incredibly grateful for the support and care our family has received. I would highly recommend MedAesthetics Laser and Wellness to anyone seeking a healthier lifestyle or simply a way to prioritize self-care without straining their budget.

Skin is definitely an investment!…read more I've been to Korea to get a bunch of treatment but still unhappy with my skin since I had a lot of hyperpigmentation. The only way to get rid of it is to buy sessions so you're on a schedule to tackle the pigment. I was able to buy 3 Picosure Pro lasers on a deal and was able to space them out 4-6 weeks as they recommended. After the first session, you might be a little pink but goes away in an hour or so. After 3 weeks later you see the pigment hasn't lighten up like crazy! Repeat these steps and the results are amazing! My coworkers and friends have noticed a huge difference. My overall skin texture has been more glowy and flawless. I really wished they had the lead eyeball cover so they can get closer to my eyes. That's where you still see the old pigment but if they get too close you can get blind so I'm okay with having some pigment. My overall goal was to just lighten it but not completely remove and after 3 sessions. What a difference!! I'm going to keep up the maintenance for once a year or more to keep the pigment at bay. Highly recommend pico sure pro for those who have pigmentations/freckles they want to remove! Just be careful with numbing. Make sure it doesn't drip into your eyes or go into your eyes. It really does burn and numb it up. Kinda scary when it happened once. Since then I've been more aware when they apply the numbing cream. Thanks again Dr. Dieu! She is very detailed oriented and specific on what she wants done and i appreciate it so much!!

When she found that out, she charged me $250 for the session that day and said that no matter where I go or what I do, the sunspots will never fully go away and that no one else can guarantee that.
