I had forgotten that i already purchased the 4 pack of Baquacil Sanitizer from Amazon $215 total by the way...it arrived the same day i went into this store and purchased for $273...yes $58 whole $ distance. From jump Clay had a "how dare you return something to my store" attitude, saying over and over "is online going to help you take care of your pool", but online isn't the one overcharging the customer either. Htt acts like he is the only pool company in town... do your comparisons people...it doesn't end there... the first time I went into his store 7/25/23 and spent $221 worth of products, I haven't even used any of them until 7/28/23 because my pool finally reached its fill level. So I used the baquacil oxidizer that I purchased from S&S and the Sanitizer and CDX that I got from Amazon. This morning I went to the store bag to get the baquacil 4way test strips I got from S&S and opened it and they're was only 1 test strip in the bottle...I don't remember how much it cost, can't find my receipt but I knew it wasn't cheap, told my husband I'm not paying I knew it was over $20 for 1 strip and said I'll return this as well. Clay goes I can't verify that, I said I can't verify it either but just be aware that someone is taking strips out the bottles... because they're not sealed... you know, realizing that I'm going to be the one on the losing end and be out my money ut warning him about his product...Clay goes off the deep end responds "you probably bought that online too!!!" I said no, the lady looked it up, it's on my receipt, then he goes "well I can't verify that, and they come packaged" I said that I had no way of knowing that, I just picked it off the shelf and to just give me the baquacil refund, and that I'll never come to this store again because you got a bad attitude. He starts ranting "of course I got a bad attitude you coming in here accusing us about the test strips".... mind you, before I even mention the test strips he was upset that I was returning the baquacil. And again I knew I was going to be the one taking the hit on the test strips and was just warning him off a possible theft in his store. Because of his bad attitude I said I'll will leave a review of my experience, he goes "you can do that and again said something about online" as he was showing his @$$ he took the box that contained the 4 baquacil Sanitizer and just dropped it on the floor... this supposedly worth $273. I said look at your bag attitude just dropping that on the floor, I hope one of them busts. As I'm leaving both of us saying things that don't mean anything. But there you have it... customers if you buy something and want to know you'll have peace and it's your right to return it without the owner having a hissy fit, just don't buy from Swims and Sweeps. I'd prefer the dogs in his commercials interact with me, but wait, maybe that was a dog.
