He's set up and later fixed my window and room AC units as I don't have central air. He just fixed an electrical problem with a fuse and also unplugged my aging dishwasher so it wouldn't continue to try to drain water that wasn't there. He also was kind enough to give me advice on selling my house and how best to do it. Dave has fixed several of my ceiling fans that were moving around too much. I live in an old house, and I'd have him fix everything if I could afford it. He is comfortable to be around and puts up with my nosy cats. He's never yelled at them or hurt them. They are scared of most people, but they aren't afraid of Dave. I highly recommend Assure Inc if you need a handyman or a contractor to help with updates to your home!

They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. This company has now been bought out by Tim from the terrible previous owner (Randy - avoid him)…read more Although I was never refunded for the terrible cabinets, Tim, the new owner, did what he could to make matters as right as possible with the mess left by the previous owner. The crap cabinets are now being used as shop cabinets in my garage. Tim also made sure that missing cabinets that Randy did NOT deliver (despite being paid for), made for the utility room, were available to me. I guess that is about all he could do. I expect the quality of work from this company from now on will be much better. I raised this to four stars because I believe Tim will restore the image and quality of this company.
