This company has now been bought out by Tim from the terrible previous owner (Randy - avoid him)…read more Although I was never refunded for the terrible cabinets, Tim, the new owner, did what he could to make matters as right as possible with the mess left by the previous owner. The crap cabinets are now being used as shop cabinets in my garage. Tim also made sure that missing cabinets that Randy did NOT deliver (despite being paid for), made for the utility room, were available to me. I guess that is about all he could do. I expect the quality of work from this company from now on will be much better. I raised this to four stars because I believe Tim will restore the image and quality of this company.

They were very amazing in finding solutions to bring the electric system up to date and more safe in an older home. Renee did a great job keeping me updated on progress and reassuring me that things were on track. I really appreciated him and his team a ton! This project was a big one and every other electric company I reached out to didn't want to take it on because of the DIY work from previous owners and aluminum wiring. I really went out on a limb trusting Joel, and it was his knowledge, details, prompt explanations and willingness to answer any questions that really helped me choose CWC, and on day 1 of the electric work, I felt reassured in my decision after meeting Renee and his coworkers. Thank you so much again!

Where the company really shines from our experience is the warranty department. This is a company that believes in and stands by their products. My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Steve a couple of times over the years. After we moved in, we had an issue with our A/C unit, which was fully covered and resolved under warranty. We recently sold this home and even though it was out of warranty, Drippe still offered us support to appease our buyers when they absolutely did not have to. I would wholeheartedly recommend this builder and team. They care about their customers and take pride in their homes.
