Joe Sauriol has assembled a great team and I had the pleasure of working with DREW on changing out (2) circa-1970's fluorescent fixtures in our kitchen, inspecting the existing wiring and junction boxes and the skilled and professional installation of (2) new track lighting fixtures. I had waited over a year for this project as my experience with contractors has been less than stellar. I seem to be a magnet for the "Hey I got this" contractors who show up and then find "they DON'T got this...at all." Wasted time, money, effort and frustration. I am not sure why some contractors fail to realize that a word-of-mouth recommendation is GOLDEN (& FREE!) ADVERTISING which can result in all the work they can handle. I know a couple of those great guys and they are excelling because they are conscientious, skilled and decent to their customers. The CRAFTSMAN ELECTRIC team came highly recommended to me and I hope to pay it forward by letting other homeowners & businesses know that these guys are "keepers!" and now I can make a list of their next projects at our Home and genuinely recommend them without hesitation to family, friends and all those looking for a professional team who gets the job WELL done for their valued customers.

He got the job done quickly, but never made it feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about making sure his customers are completely happy. Abeer was also incredibly clean and respectful of the space. He went above and beyond what I expected and even offered additional help and services that I hadn't thought to ask about. What really stood out to me was that he wasn't the type to just come in, finish as fast as possible, and leave. He took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly, explained things clearly, and made sure I didn't need anything else before he was finished. He is very personable while still being completely professional, and you can tell he is a caring, family-oriented person who takes pride in his work and in how he treats people. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about both the job and the customer the way Abeer does. I would absolutely recommend AQ Electric Inc. to anyone looking for someone dependable, knowledgeable, clean, professional, and genuinely caring. I will definitely be calling Abeer again for any electrical work I need in the future. Highly recommend!

Laurence came out the same morning to track down the problem. Initially it looked like the problem was within the charging unit-- and most people would have taken the minimum and left. But not Laurence... he checked and double checked and found the problem in the plug leading to the charger. He found it and fixed it in less than 1 hour. Andy took the time to really inspect our attic and floor plan and said the only hole he would need to make is in a closet in our guest room above our kitchen.
