Jesus from Quickfix responded to my project request quickly and provided his hourly labor quote. Though everyone else provided lower estimates for diagnosis his quick and concise response made me go with Quickfix. He was very friendly and professional. He arrived earlier than scheduled (communicated in advance) and was very accommodating with my schedule. It turns out I had another breaker box specifically for the EV setup that our solar company installed. Jesus checked the rest of our setup and verified that everything was properly wired. He explained to me how everything was routed, best practices for charging two EVs at a time, what we needed to do to upgrade our panel, including the approval required from Edison. Then he gave a substantial discount to his hourly rate since there was no work that needed doing. As a professional DJ, I understand and respect hourly rates even when nothing is done, so I really appreciate the discount, especially when Jesus made the most of our time with a thorough inspection and instruction for me. After he was done, I asked for a quote for other electrical work, then he expressed his interest in buying an EV so I shared our experience in owning, then we took a drive in my Tesla. Sure enough, we decided to make some changes with the lighting in our home. George came out to take a look at our current lighting and was very professional. Gave his opinion on what lighting would work best and where. He also made sure to remind us that even if he made suggestions, it was ultimately our decision for what we wanted in our home. After making our final decisions, we scheduled for him to come and set them up. He was very careful in his handling of everything. From the removal of the old lights, to the installing of the new lights. We even made a last minute addition to have him put in an electrical socket in a place we didn't originally have one. All in all, George did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable about his job and friendly. He was very courteous and clean. Making sure to lay out plastic lining and carefully measuring to ensure that no wrong cuts were made or that any unnecessary repairs would be needed. His pricing was fair and we plan on adding new lighting outdoors so we'll definitely be giving him a call soon. Would definitely recommend him to anybody in need of an electrician.

He came out right away to give me an accurate quote and he even tried to sell me on other lights I didn't want but I listened to his sales pitch anyways. He asked to think about it and txt him later with my final answer but he would return on another day to do the job. As he was leaving he tried to sell me an AC unit (not including installation) for $1000 but we didn't ask for AC and we don't have a budget for something like that but I listened to his sales pitch again and told him I would ask my husband. That evening I txted him letting him know I just wanted the original work I asked for and skipped on his other lights and AC unit (never heard back from him letting me know he received the message) He returned later on in the week and not even 5 minutes later he tells me he needs to reschedule because the attic was too hot, I totally understood and I gave him my availability for the next week. I asked him if he could come back on a specific day and he said he would let me know. Well I never heard back from him. I txted him twice to see if the days I provided worked for him but I heard nothing back. I think he was upset that I didn't go with his more expensive lights and random AC unit so he decided to ghost me? Not sure but it was extremely unprofessional to leave a client hanging like that. The attention and care they put into restoring every piece of furniture they sell is apparent. We ended up buying a beautiful expanding draw-leaf teak dining table by Skovmand & Andersen. We did see other tables, but this one was designed and built with the highest quality. We also bought a gorgeous Paul Laszlo designed chest of drawers from Brown Saltman in mahogany with maple drawers. Most stairs at Home Depot won't go high enough but we luckily found one that's 15 feet. Even then, it was still slightly short. Rodrigo was able to creatively connect one end of my 2nd floor to one of the landing of the staircase to create a magical bridge that helped to get near center ceiling spot of where the installation need to happen. Magical. With the help of his assistant, he finished the installation job in about 4 hours. Fished the new wire through our attic and did not drill any new hole into our wall to create place for a new chandelier switch. He split one of the current switches into a twin switch setup and that's how we can control our new chandelier light. Hallelujah! He was so nice that he even helped to nail in my battery operated scones quickly too before he leaves. No charge. What a great man. Highly recommend his service if you need an electrician!
