We recently worked with Servando on a full kitchen remodel, and I can confidently say he is the…read morebest contractor I've ever worked with. Our project was extensive--he handled moving utilities, prepping for cabinets and countertops, installing appliances and new lighting, relocating a large kitchen window, drywall, and installing brand new engineered hardwood flooring. He also retiled our fireplace, built a new mudroom, and relocated our laundry room with new machine installs. Every aspect of his work was top-notch. I work with vendors and contractors all the time in my profession, and Servando was by far one of the easiest and most professional people I've worked with. He communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire project, was always on time, and kept the worksite extremely clean and organized. One thing I especially appreciated was that if I gave him information or directions that didn't seem quite right, he wouldn't just blindly move forward--he would ask thoughtful questions to make sure we were making the best decision possible. That level of communication and attention to detail made a huge difference and really helped ensure the project came out perfectly. Another thing that stood out was how honest and straightforward he was with pricing. There were no surprise change orders, no ballooning costs, and no unexpected price increases that we weren't aware of ahead of time. If something was going to cost more, he clearly communicated it upfront and explained why. It was incredibly refreshing to work with someone who made us feel like he genuinely cared about the project instead of trying to take advantage of it financially. Any time we had questions or minor concerns, he stayed calm, listened, and worked with us to come up with the best solution. His pricing was extremely fair, especially considering the quality of work. In fact, the only regret I have is not awarding him the cabinets and countertops portion of the job. We went with a cheaper bid from another company to save a couple thousand dollars, and it turned into a nightmare. Servando was the complete opposite experience. If you want a contractor who will do things right the first time, stay on schedule, communicate well, and deliver high-quality results, Servando is your guy. I highly recommend him for any project. He had everything he needed in order to do the inspection. The contract was very clear to read and complete and was emailed quickly. He has followed back up with us and we have kept in touch. Contacted Fence It, Alex came out a couple days later, understood what needed to be done and came back with a reasonable estimate the next day. They quoted me a 4-6 week lead time, but since it was a relatively small project, they'd probably get me in sooner. A little over a week later, the team was here, did an excellent job securing the wooden fence post with a steel one, replaced the broken fence board and even trimmed some trees back that would have caused additional damage. Will and his team always go above and beyond, not only in communication, but friendly, professional workmanship. A pleasure to do business with!

Explained to them my situation, Will and Alex were super-patient throughout the process. Will, Jesse and their other associate were friendly, thorough and professional; they rebuilt our new chain-link fence with meticulous detail, they were so very courteous to my elderly mother's oddball request of keeping part of the old mangled fence and kind enough to clean up every bit construction debris. I'm so happy with the results; the fence looks great and they gave me back a sense of security and peace of mind lost that night of the hit-and-run accident. Thank you!!!

The next day two guys arrived, who in my opinion sorta didn't know what they were doing as they certainly didn't know how to properly install a door. The inside of the pre-hung door was 3/4 inch inside the inside wall instead of flush, so there was an obvious 3/4 gap between the re-hung outside trim and the door frame. I pointed this out, and they went about fixing it. However, the door when they were done the 2nd time was still too high in the opening as they placed shims under the threshold by 1/2 inch, so if the threshold is stepped on it feels spongy. Even I know thresholds go on the floor with sealer to keep water/bugs out. I didn't notice the door height when I pointed out the 1st error. I also believe they didn't have but one claw hammer between the two of them and no real tools as one would expect. The siding part appears ok, but the door fiasco brings down the way I feel about the entire job. You know what I mean?
