I've been to several dentist over the years from moving state to state and Dr. Travis Paige, is by…read morefar the best dentist I have been too! I'm a challenging patient due to bad experiences from previous dental offices over the years and unfortunately for Dr. Paige he's had to fix problems caused by other dentist. He is extremely patient with me and always gives me his honest opinion/ recommendations unlike other offices where it was just a money grab. My most recent cleaning this week was the best I've had this far. The hygienist was SUPER knowledgable and took the extra time to educate me step-by-step. She is wonderful...and gentle! I have no complaints and actually look forward to my next cleaning. ANOTHER BONUS IS: They do great work and aren't over priced like other dental offices in the Buckhead area.

I switched practices as my regular dentist no longer accepts my insurance. I was disappointed that…read morethe hygenist (diagnosed me with a dental condition that my regular dentist did not ever diagnose. Then the dentist came in afterwards with a diagnosis that was already made rather than taking the time to first make the assessment himself. They refused to perform routine cleaning and requested a more costly and invasive cleaning plan. It feels like in order to make money, patients here may be overdiagnosed with conditions they do not truly have. I also had way more x-rays performed than I ever had in the past and thus I felt uncomfortable with the amount of radiation I was being exposed to. I suspect inappropriate billing procedures to my insurance plan for those excessive charges. The dentist also made some inappropriate statements to me while I was in the exam table. The staff was friendly but I will not be returning for any ongoing care.

Top of the top I am…read moreso grateful to have found Dr.Jason Myerson and his dear team. The high standards of humanity and professionalism he displayed during my consultation are invaluable. Dr. Myerson makes me feel reassured and gave me peace of mind. He took the time to explain to me and my husband the procedures that I would need to fix the situation with my teeth. He was kind and patient when answering all my questions. I will definitely recommend him. An special mention to Zoya, his assistant, she is fabulous.

Following the cavity filling, I had a negative experience with my dental cleaning and had no plans to return. She was very rough but bo longer works there. I ended up cancelling my follow up but spoke to my friend and she recommended changing to Jay. Jay is the best dental cleaning I have had. They do not accept DHMO or DMO and they don't confirm your insurance until you check out. There was no intake or let us update your info/ insurance when I walked in which I thought was weird. That is the first thing that I've been asked to do but I unfortunately assumed that I was all good. Typically I have had all medical confirm beforehand so I'm at least aware of the cost. I had to pay $280 for a dental cleaning appointment. When I asked the check out about last year, she said I paid out of pocket as well which was fine. However I paid in full each time and randomly have a $4 charge on my receipt for a starting period of September. I had no appointment in September but I don't know why I was retro charged when I checked out each time. The line item also provides no detail. I would have cancelled the appointment if I had known so I'll be cancelling my future appointments for the year. To me that cost is too much so I won't be returning. I'll be reimbursing myself through HSA for the cost. The front desk, specifically the Caucasian front desk employees, should ask people their name and appointment time. That's front desk etiquette to me and eliminates any assumptions based off skin color, race, or gender. I'm not sure why that's hard but it was giving - I grew up in "whites only" and have not changed. They do offer invisalign but I ended up going somewhere else for a lower payment plan. They only offered 4 payments and I had other financial commitments so I wasn't willing to pay. Cons are the price, paying for parking and communication based on the above.

I am a Veteran and was referred to this dirty place. I asked Dentist Lottier to wash his hands…read morebecause they smelled like food, I should have never asked him that since everything went downhill after that. His team cancelled my appointments many times within 30 minutes of my visit due to the dentist not being available; If I didn't rescheduled when they wanted to they would make a big deal. I would show up to my scheduled appointment to get it rescheduled again since the dentist was overbooked or not at the office. My crown was placed by the tech and it lasted less than a day and since it was Friday I had to wait until Monday to get it repaired, of course I had to cancel my weekend trip but that was no problem for them at all. When I asked the dentist to do the procedure himself he acted as if he was doing me a favor and was not getting paid for it. He mentioned that he needed to order a new crown since the one in my mouth had a ridge an the one I needed didn't need the anatomical ridge. I was asked to come back again in a few weeks, of course they cancelled again and rescheduled, meanwhile I am in pain but that was no problem for them. When the dentist finally got the crown from the company that makes them he received the same crown I had on, he said he was going to adjust it to fit and started filling it down to fit, I asked him why doesn't he just adjust the one I have on instead of replacing it with the same crown, he left the office and left me on the chair for 1.5 hours, I decided to leave since I had other things to do. He also did an implant that hurts and feels too big for my mouth, when I told the dentist my concerns he decided not to see me anymore, I am looking forward to see a real dentist. AVOID this place, I have no idea why the VA is sending veterans to this dirty place, yes his office is dirty and should get an inspection, I guarantee they will not pass.

After a week, her crown fell off, and we revisited him to replace the crown. Since then, her pain has persisted, and we tried to ask Dr. Lottier to address this issue, but he kept insisting that the pain would go away. After a few more attempts to get treated, we decided visit another dentist for a second opinion. It is now a few months out from her crown placement and my wife still has constant pain. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone, and would not trust the reviews on Zocdoc.
