I waited an hour to be seen to get xrays. In the waiting room there were three people playing tic toc videos with no ear buds, and one of them was masturbating. I should have left and not come back right then. Their equipment was outdated. Dr Young's first language is not English so communication was not great. Even though my appointment was for an evaluation they told me after the xrays she had no time to look at the xrays, she would call me instead. The charge for the xrays was $1000 and I never got to see them or have them explained. Young called me but she was totally confused about which teeth she was supposed to look at. She made no sense. She blamed me for telling her the wrong teeth which was a bold faced lie. The teeth were marked on the sheet from the general dentist with the numbers, plus I pointed to them. This girl Young is a theif and a fraud. I flushed $1000 down the toilet and she is not qualified to do an evaluation, and I am still in pain. DO NOT go here under any circumstance. I would like to add that the dentist chair was DISGUSTING with a large deep slash all the way up the center. The problem is, sometimes when your are in pain, you stay when you should run out the door. The "dentist" needs to google what happens when a practitioner threatens someone for posting a truthful review. Doll, I'm so so scared! Too bad you have to THREATEN people to get good reviews. So pathetic. Looking at the way you treat people from other reviews, I am not surprised. A have a lawyer, so please please do sue me for libel. I will get my money back that I wasted there and more. Dr Lee and Tracy were an exceptional team for me today. I had a root canal retreatment and they took time to explain the procedure to me, listen to my concerns, give me time to ask questions. Dr Lee had the best pain management protocol I've ever experienced: no pain during or after the process. It makes no sense I feel this business is not forthright. They left me in pain with lack of notice and now it will be a month before a new specialist can see me. read more

Dr. Rennie Gross "Dr. G" and her staff at Endodontic Specialists, gave me the best service while performing my root canal today. You may not believe it but it truly was an "enjoyable experience". My procedure took about two and a half hours, which shows how completely thorough she is. But more than that, she was so detailed in explaining every part of my procedure to make sure I understood everything about the root canal treatment, which was important to me. I must note also that their 3D imaging really helped to isolate the problem areas in my tooth. Overall, I am completely and thoroughly pleased with the entire staff and services that were provided. I wouldn't think twice about going to visit there again anytime. In fact, I plan on paying them an office visit in a few months just to let them know how I am doing and to say "Hi!". Five Stars doesn't begin to express how much I appreciate this amazing Practice. From the initial call to schedule my appointment for a Root Canal, a procedure I swore I would never get, to the day of my actual visit. Please let me worn you that this is going to be a book. I can't say enough. My first interaction was with the Amazing Mr. Alfee the administrator that scheduled my appointment. He was so nice, professional and kind. My anxiety level dropped from 10+ to 2 just hearing his voice. My confirmation call was from Ms. Keta, she answered all of my questions and reassured me that I was going to be in great hands. On the day of my arrival I was still feeling a little anxious when I arrived and seeing the smiles through their masks, I could tell this was going to be a good experience. Dr. Gross's Assistant Irene greeted me a smile and reassuring hands as she escorted me back to the operatory and made me comfortable, she explained how amazing Dr. Gross is and even told me how some patients actually fall asleep during the procedure. I found this hard to believe at first. And then there was the Amazing Dr. Gross. She was my Super Hero. She explained everything to me. She was amazing, so patient, so gentle. She took her time with me to make sure I was comfortable. She even gave me a Blanket. This was going to be a difficult procedure, because they had to perform a Root Canal through an existing crown. Guess What... I actually fell asleep. I couldn't believe it. Her post op instructions along w/ written information on what I could expect was spot on. I have been talking to everyone about this practice. I can say with complete honesty, that this was the best experience I've ever had in a dental chair. She took the time to explain the procedure to me and to answer all my questions. During the procedures she frequently checked in to be sure I was doing ok and to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. G is awesome! I was referred to her by my dentist to have a root canal done. I met with her last week for a consult; where she X-rayed my teeth, explained the procedure and asked if I had any questions. The consult took about 20 minutes, so I didn't feel rushed like a lot of consultations feel. I went in for the procedure today and was seen on time. Dr. G again explained the procedure, got me comfortable and juiced me up with so much Novocain that I was completely relaxed the entire time. She did the injections in layers, which resulted in less pain since the Novocain began to work pretty quickly. Dr. G has excellent bedside manner, she is humorous and she has a very quirky personality. She talks a lot, but most of the talking is to assure that you are doing ok during the procedure. In total the procedure took about 2 hours. At the end she thoroughly explained the after care, follow up appointments needed and gave pain med prescriptions just in case. read more

I can't say I hope to have another root canal, but if I do, I'll go back to Dr. Sidor at Endodontic Specialists. I am really nervous about dental work, but Dr. Sidor was kind, patient, and extremely gentle. She was so careful and reassuring that I was able to have a root canal without needing nitrous oxide. There was no pain during the procedure and almost none after, and when I went back to my own dentist to have the crown put in, he was very pleased with Dr. Sidor's work. (There was a minor snafu with billing, which the office handled professionally and pleasantly.) read more

This was by far the best experience I've had at a dental office in my life. The receptionists were friendly and helpful with scheduling my appointment and also with communicating my copayment. I felt welcome from the time I stepped in the door. Dr. G and her dental assistant made my root canal very comfortable. Sounds odd, right? I never thought a root canal could be comfortable, but Dr. G was very gentle as she administered the novacane and she gave me more when I said I could feel some of what she was doing! She explained what she was doing while she was doing it, and she was so positive. She even gave me a very comfortable pillow when my neck started to tense up through the procedure. I wish she were also a general dentist- I'd definitely switch to her. Three words for Dr. G and the staff here- caring, thorough, patient.
