Make sure you know where to turn on University Blvd. or you could add 20 minutes to your journey if you go the wrong way & have to turn around. I was able to register online. The desk staff had already walked me through what I needed before my visit. The dental assistant, Tina was easy going and pleasant. She helped put me at ease. This office does 3D X-rays. It was interesting to see. The dentist was so understanding of my strong fear of anything related to a dentist office. He explained how he would handle my procedure. After all my "interviewing" dentists, I would have "hired" him. I called to schedule the procedure but there wasn't anything available for weeks. If I can't find someone with the same kindness, I will return.

The assistant was kind and caring throughout the process, she even eased my worries by gently patting above my shoulder. And it really helped me. The facility is clean and the entire experience was comfortable, after it was done I hugged Dr. Singh (not bad looking either - wink wink ! I'd highly recommend GME if you have a specific dental need and I'd highly recommend Dr. Singh.

I'm not sure how to write a review for an endodontist, but since i turned to yelp (yes i did)…read moretrying to look around for one, I thought I should write a review. I was recommended to Dr. Coviello from another dentist after I broke a tooth and needed a root canal. This wasn't my first, but it had been awhile and the tooth was *so* broken i was frightened (i'm a worrier by nature and it sucks) I really found the staff at this office to be warm and caring which i appreciated. They were able to see me within days of my call and they performed the root canal in one session which- given how i personally feel the day after- may have been too much for me but i think it's better to get it done all at once. The first root canal i ever had (NOT by Dr Coviello) was done in 4 sessions and that i think, was just ridiculous. I also had to pay out of pocket (the downside to having brand new dental insurance- a waiting period) but it actually was less expensive that I feared- it was about $900 I say this just to calm you down if you're worried like i was.

So I told him that I was worried about the pain. I had a really great experience getting my root canal from Dr. Coviello. It did not hurt at all, and after the local anesthetics wore off, all I had to do was take a couple advils later that day, and I that was enough to keep the pain away. The staff is super sweet as well.

My only two gripes are the following: 1) I believe I filled out all the forms online before arriving, but those were somehow lost and I had to use their iPad to fill them out again. It took maybe 20 mins in total, and there's a lot of info to provide on your first visit. Maybe check on the online process to see what broke and why my info didn't come through? 2) I think someone may have called out sick that day on their staff, as it appeared that they were double booked throughout the AM. After being seated in the back, I had to wait 20-30 mins for a dental assistant to come back and do my cleaning. It was worth the wait as she did one of the best and most in-depth cleanings of my life, so please give her a raise! That being said, had I known ya'll were double booked in the AM, I might have come in a bit later than scheduled if I knew that morning of the pending delay. That being said, I'd say this place is most definitely where I'm going now that I live in the area. Hands down one of the best dentist offices I've ever been to!

I have been a patient at The Dental Group for over 3 years and unfortunately I can no longer…read morerecommend them after my most recent experience. They do not do well at supporting patients with sensory issues or dental anxiety, or conditions like TMJ that make dental visits difficult. With new patients they are kinder, but with every visit I have made they have become less supportive and less accommodating. My last cleaning was extremely unpleasant and I was shamed into not taking breaks over the course of multiple procedures and fittings even though holding my jaw open causes my TMJ to flare. Then there's the high-pressure upselling. For several years, the dentists and hygienists at this practice have been trying to get me to buy a dental-grade night guard out of pocket, even though I had an over-the-counter one I had been happy with. I finally agreed because they told me it would help my gums and that I would face severe consequences if I did not "make the investment." I had to pay $750 (!!!) out of pocket. When the night guard arrived, it was so bulky and uncomfortable that I could not get a good night's sleep in it and I woke in the morning with severe jaw pain on both sides of my jaw. I went back to have it adjusted and suddenly I was being told that having a night guard means sleeping with your mouth open and accepting dry mouth, that jaw pain often gets worse at first, and that I would have to accept some bad sleep in order to become accustomed to the night guard. I cannot stress enough that this was NOT disclosed to me prior to when I made the purchase. Since the practice knew about my sensory and dental anxiety issues, I feel strongly that they should have talked to me about what the night guard would be like before pushing me to buy it. When I explained the above, the practice offered me only a partial refund, which would mean that I spent hundreds of dollars on nothing. I feel my trust was taken advantage of and I would encourage others to look for a different practice.
