My court hearing was only 20 days away, and I still needed her served immediately. She lived in a secured condo complex with gate access and worked at a separate location -- not an easy person to reach. I was personally referred to Haroon Firas (of Lowest Rates Mobile Notary), and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the real deal. His communication was excellent, he understood the urgency, and he took action the same day. I gave him her photo, work address, and home address. Within hours, Haroon had already worked out a strategy. He managed to get into her secured building disguised as a construction worker, got a neighbor to buzz him in, and served her in person that same afternoon. This wasn't luck -- it was skill, professionalism, and determination. On top of that, he filed the proof of service right away, which meant I could submit it to the court without delay. I hired him on August 6th. She was served on August 6th. That's the kind of efficiency you dream of when dealing with court deadlines. Thanks to Haroon, I'm walking into my hearing on the 25th with confidence, knowing the paperwork was done perfectly and on time. I've worked with plenty of service providers over the years, but Haroon is in a league of his own. He's professional, resourceful, fast, and fearless. I'll never use another process server again, and I'll recommend him to anyone who needs the job done right -- and done now. Haroon, you didn't just serve papers -- you saved my case. Thank you!

I was told I would receive a text in 20 minutes but received nothing. I had to find the address for the Rialto office myself. I called and scheduled my appointment 4 days in advance. My wife and I requested time off of work and prepared only to be contacted the day of the appointment to cancell on us because they are simply "closing early today". Very careless and unapologetic person on the phone. You may be in a vounarable position when looking for their services, look elsewhere! It's not here. Cheap prices here follow cheap service and their carelessness costs you more in the long run. Legal documents require professional attention and this place feels like a joke. I would advise Pay the extra $150 to $200 elsewhere and get it done right the first time. My wife and I now have to reschedule and take another day off of work, that alone, is way more then the "savings" I was considering going with them. Plenty of other places out there. Simply contacting this place and scheduling the appointment created losses for me that made my easy process more expensive had I gone elsewhere to begin with. Avoid the waste of time and money, don't let this happen to you. Best of luck.

I was charged $150 upfront because the service address was in LA County. I chose this business because they had good reviews. The packet was never served. I have repeatedly tried to get my packet returned to me. I went in person and notified them days ahead of time only for them to tell me they didn't have my paperwork when I got there. It is now October and I have spent over a month following up with no success. The business phone is a cell phone, and they stopped answering my calls and don't respond to texts. Not only did they fail to complete the service I paid for, but they are also ignoring me while still holding legal paperwork that contains my personal information which I find extremely unprofessional. Especially for a business that handles time sensitive court documents. I attached screenshots of my attempts to communicate with them to this review. If I could give zero stars, I would. A business dealing with legal paperwork should be reliable and responsive. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
