It is now October and I have spent over a month following up with no success. The business phone is a cell phone, and they stopped answering my calls and don't respond to texts. Not only did they fail to complete the service I paid for, but they are also ignoring me while still holding legal paperwork that contains my personal information which I find extremely unprofessional.
