This place has ABSOLUTELY no idea what accountability is or what it means…read more I applied a whileeee back and they called me today three times in under a minute. I never completely hung up the call, I put them all on silent. After the 4th I picked up and said I wasn't interested Ally hung up on me right on the spot. I called back because what type of professionalism is that?? I didn't even get to finish my sentence. She then denied my call and even the opportunity for me to leave a message. I got another call less than a minute after calling back and it's some dude asking why I'm harassing his assistant.... Look at the call logs dude, she was harassing me. He's telling me that I need to calm down because I was the one wanting a job... dude that was a long ass time ago. Sorry your assistant isn't on top her crap. Then he asks me how much I make a year??? Dude are your parts that small you need monetary gain satisfaction to get you through the day?? I personally wouldn't work with anyone that clearly thinks less of me because they make more money. We have enough wealthy ass holes to deal with in 2026. Do what you will with that info They also keep trying to delete my comment, says a lot about their business if they don't have the back bone to keep a review up. These people are all over me wanting to interview me, but they don't say what they sell. And if the company doesn't tell you what they sell, if they don't tell you up front on their website, we sell phones we sell dildos, we sell trash cans. "We are the best at providing birthday service for your children, and we will put on a great show for you. if they can't tell you on their website, clearly what they do, not just they're the best, and they're growing, that's not enough, that's ambiguous. Know you need to run away from that company! DON'T EVEN GO ON THE INTERVIEW. IF YOU WANT TO WORK IN SALES, YOU'RE BETTER OFF GOING WITH A COMPANY LIKE AT&T. WAR VERIZON, WALK INTO THE STORE. ASK TO SEE IF THEY'RE HIRING AND GET THE WEBSITE URL. Never ever work with any third party vendor never because they're going to tell you that it's an office job, and you're going to find out later that it is door to door sales, and you're going to be walking 6-8 hours a day, and you're going to have blisters on your feet. I'm fifty, so if you're twenty five looking for a sales job, I would say work elsewhere.

I would not recommend Ender's Security Services based on my experience working for the company…read more I was supposed to receive my final pay last week, and as of now, I still have not been paid. I have attempted to contact Rick Ender regarding my payment, but my messages have gone unanswered. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that he has come to my other place of employment to get gas, so he has had opportunities to communicate with me, yet he has not provided me with a clear time or place to meet so I can receive the money I am owed. I left the company after being offered a better position, and since then, my interactions with Rick have been noticeably negative. In my experience, the company expects a high level of performance while offering relatively low pay of $17.25 per hour. The job itself also lacked basic resources and equipment that I expected a professional security company to provide. The contracts available were not particularly appealing, and there seemed to be ongoing staffing problems. Rick would complain about having to cover his own contracts because people didn't want to come to work. My biggest issue, however, is being owed wages and having difficulty getting a response about when I will actually be paid. Regardless of any disagreement over an employee leaving for another opportunity, employees should be paid for the work they have already completed. Based on my experience, I would recommend anyone considering working for this company to carefully consider these issues and make sure they understand the pay and employment arrangements before accepting a position.
