All sources say this spot should've been open, but once I walked there with a friend for a birthday tattoo I planned to gift her, there was not a SINGLE sign of this Place being open, nor any signs as to where we should go instead if there was a relocation. The phone number wasn't active either ‍ so either they were messed up this day (a Tuesday in the middle of the day); or something's going that I wasn't aware of, or that wasn't broadcasted.
