So I was able to get a friend with a SUV to come with me to this party rental place (they do not deliver items to your destination you are responsible for everything). At first no one was answering the phone at the rental but I kept calling because it was the day of the baby shower and I had no other choice. We get there and was talking to the owner Jeremy and the manager. Jeremy offered us Dunkin' Donuts while he was assisting another customer. We asked to see the chair because I was mainly afraid it wouldn't fit inside the SUV. So the manager told us it wouldn't fit and if it did he would give us a dollar each because he has done this before. So we knew we had to try since this was my last chance. He grabbed the chair and Jeremy, my friend and I watched as the chair fit like a glove right in the car. It was perfect! We were obviously happy! We also got our dollar each, lol which was actually funny! Jeremey processed our payment and of course yelp came through and offered 5% off for our first rental! It was great & worked out perfectly!! The chair was great and the mother-to-be loved it. The chair did not come with the cushion so we had to improvise and had our own, but it was perfect and made the room look even better!! I can adjust the lighting to any shade of any color unlike other up lights that are either one color or another. There is a color wheel on the remote that you can finesse the shade of the color. And then with a couple of taps of the remote, then you can make them into dance floor lighting. They are superb and Brian is fabulous to work with and a very nice man. The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point. Will definitely be looking forward to renting with them in the future. The communication issue i had previously was addressed and they seem to fixed that.
