The chair I rented was beautiful and it was delivered on the dot of allotted agreed time. We were running a little late to end the event, and The guy who came to pick up the chair was so nice and accommodating and again, communication was on point. Will definitely be looking forward to renting with them in the future. The communication issue i had previously was addressed and they seem to fixed that.

The staff patiently led us through the choices and guided us to select the right number of banquet tables, chairs, linens, beverage dispensers, coffee urns and serving equipment. All arrived on time and were very clean and well-kept. The delivery and pick-up were very well managed, with a friendly and professional crew. Our event was very well organized, thanks to the equipment, and everything worked well during the evening. The event went smoothly, and the guests were very comfortable. The serving stations were very beautiful. Working with a company that puts customer satisfaction as its number one priority is refreshing. We're certainly going to keep using them for our corporate events in the future.

My plumber met me there and one of the employees produced the contract. $150 for the deposit and $62 for a four hour rental, they also offered $6.18 for insurance. I declined. Backed my car up to the service area and a young fellow loaded it into my car. Even offered a cover to lay it on. Got to my house and snaked the pipe out. But during the job we noticed that the auto switch was broken so I had to use my keys to leverage the switch on. And then halfway through reeling the snake back into the coil the drive belt started slipping. So the plumber had to manually pull the snake back out. So when I returned it we informed the sales associate. He then offered a %15 discount, but my plumber wanted more. So I settled with and the rental ended up being $9 dollars less at $55. Overall wasn't too bad an experience. Good customer service! And they have a wide variety of rental needs on site.

Event though I could have done so, the guy that helped me ended up carrying the stuff to my car. They even told me that I did not have to clean the fountain when I brought it back. They would take care of it. They have just about everything. If you need a U-Haul...they got you. You need propane...they got you. You need a ladder, bobcat, of lawn equipment.....they got you. How about a fountain, a cotton candy machine, raffle machine, chairs or tables. Yep, they got that too. The place's customer service sets it apart from other rental joints. It has a small parking lot and a small customer lobby. They had 3 people working the counter when I was there, so there was not a long wait, if any, to check out. If you are ever in need of renting some equipment, I highly recommend checking this place out. They have competitive prices, nice equipment, and the best staff.

No one called or anything. When I told him my invoice (that HE sent me) said I had 3 more weeks to pay it, he just said well it's too late, no one is available. This is not how you do business. A follow up call would have been sufficient, but I didn't get that. I inquired to pay 50% prior and was told no, pay in full after. This is not the company to go with if you're having an event. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL! I am now left at an event on a sunday with no seating for my guests
